I sent an application form in and heard nothing back from them at all. The property had gone and they still didn’t contact me to let me know so I was just waiting and waiting. Felt really unseen as a customer and wouldn’t ever go through them again. I have rented with other estate agents for years and have had much better service.

Very impressed by your Bridgnorth team, we asked for a valuation to put our property on the market and it was a year before we decided to go ahead! The team were very patient and didn’t try to push us at all.

When we did decide to sell they were very professional and kept us and our buyer well informed.

I used to rent through Nick Tarts around 22 years ago, no issues and brilliant service. Lovely clean property which was returned just as clean and lovely to them. No issues whatsoever.

We switched to Nick Tart after having a horrible experience with a different Telford estate agent, and we’re so glad we did as the service we received was excellent. We were kept in the loop about everything that was happening, and quickly received lots of interest and views on our property (something the previous agent had failed to do). When a sale fell through they quickly got us back on track and we still completed within a good timeframe.
