Brilliant from start to finish. Always available on the phone or email. Nothing too much trouble. Had problems with previous estate agent,Will,Louise and Jess from the ironbridge office made everything smooth and easy would 100%recommend.

The staff at the Ironbridge branch were amazing from start to finish with constant updates and feed back. Highly recommended.

It has been a crazy year to move house but the whole team at Nick Tart have been wonderful. I really appreciate that potential buyers got vetted for affordability and their ability to proceed before they were sent for viewings. I felt very looked after by the team and I know that Louise and Jess went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose. We bought our previous house from Nick Tart Estate Agents 15 years ago and continue to be impressed by the service provided. We also had their Financial Services team arrange our mortgage so that we got the best product available to us - so much easier than trying our luck sifting through all the lenders out there.

We have given Nick Tart, Ironbridge office 5 stars ⭐️ because of the excellent way in which they marketed a property we wished to sell in Oakengates.
The property had 2 full asking price offers within 24 hours and due to no fault of Nick Tart, we successfully completed at the end of January.
All the staff at the office were extremely professional, efficient, helpful and patient; we shall be forever grateful to them all for the way they conducted the sale from start to finish.
We have already recommended Nick Tart to our friends who are in the process of selling and have accepted a firm offer on their property, made within 4 weeks.

Horrible conduct. Kept us waiting for a week after making our opening offer on a property - when we called to chase they told us that the seller had accepted another offer, then proceeded to question our ability to afford the property! I would not participate in any house negotiations with this horrible company again under any circumstances.

this company has treated me like a joke. They didn't contact regarding any discrepancies with regards to claiming the deposit back , I then emailed them weeks after having no contact from them to be told that there was damages ( I was never given the chance to fix this so they have basically stolen my deposit). Also since leaving they have put my details to an energy company who I have never been with and been billed after the tennancy finished! I presumed this error has been fixed as i recived nothing back from them but weeks later after emailing them i was then told that due to GDPR they couldn't help? So its ok for them to give personal information out when Im not even in the property but they cant help after when they said they could (once again not even having the courtesy to contact me) Stay well clear!

I was always kept informed of viewings and any developments with the sale. Overall great customer care with a good outcome. Would highly recommend.

Louise and her team at Ironbridge were great. They kept in contact throughout the whole process and answered emails promptly. Louise was great during the negotiation process and we got our dream house within our budget. As first time buyers, everything was new but all staff were great patient and helpful. Collecting keys was quick and easy with a courtesy phone call as soon as the contracts were exchanged. All Covid regulations were in place. I would absolutely use Nick Tart again!

The Ironbridge branch provided a highly professional service with excellent communication throughout a protracted sale. Having also had our house on the market with one of their competitors, Nick Tart were far and away the better of the two, being far more informative, dependable and consistent. Just a brief but top rated review of nick tart ironbridge. The property sale was handled from start to finish in the most professional and efficient manner. All staff had time for me on the telephone and never failed to return a call. I can't thank them enough for how they dealt with the sale through these very challenging times. I now consider louise and will as new friends and I am sure to miss our conversations..thank you so much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. A pure delight to do business with.
