a business reputation is only as good as its employees. before even entering inside the gate of the consulate, i was greeted and welcomed by d gate guard and main guard on site. customer service from beginning{application} to end of leaving{biometrics} it was beyond fair in my own experience. will update review to include the experince of time in actual passport delievery. i was the one that slowed myself down @self address envelope, they assisted me in correcting it. d sitting area outside, grounds, inside building kept very well. it isn't just package at this place. you all were very kind, the person who initiated the beginning of the process was VERY professional, patient toward everyone there, guided anyone who did not know how to do something, assisted anyone who had concerns and answered everyone’s question calmly with sufficiency. the person who actually completed my biometric also was decent. the entire location very well spoken and knowledgeable. despite d issue i did encounter, it also was promptly resolved and handled professionally. i wish to THANK the entire consulate of Nigeria for what they do in helping all of us here managing our ability to travel back home. we appreciate you.
