li ho trovati sul web grazie al loro nome AEROTECH DAIKIN, li chiamo per manutenzione ordinaria del mio impianto di condizionamento (hanno loghi Daikin dappertutto)
risultato:
- dichiarano rottura elettrovalvole di uno dei due compressori esterni Daikin
Quel compressore è fuori produzione, mi dicono il pezzo in magazzino daikin non c'è: o ricompro tutto o aspetto che compaia (dopo aver chiesto di essere almeno sulla lista di attesa)
Mesi dopo, nessuna notizia.
Chiamo Daikin per avere assistenza. Non li conoscono e mi mandano il loro manutentore autorizzato.
Risultato: il magazzino Daikin ha 8 elettrovalvole compatibili pronte per l'installazione....ma non c'è nessun guasto da riparare.
