I had a very positive experience with the team, they called me back, texted me and emailed me very quickly, answered all my questions, and even upgraded my shipping for free. The specs on the pvs14 I got were amazing. Highly recommend them, great experience

I asked and offered to pay for upgraded shipping out of excitement for my night vision device. They upgraded it for free, I also suspect they may have sent me a very nice j-arm that outclasses the included one x100!! Even though I'm pretty sure I had accidentally ordered the wrong type, I think they may have made the correction for me and if they did I really appreciate that. It's a company that pays attention to every order, and cares about how it conducts business. While night vision is admittedly very pricey, I will always bring my business to nightvisionguys.com. They go above and beyond, and you really do not see companies treat their customers with that kind of respect and dignity.

TL:DR 10/10 Great people, great products, phenomenal customer service, truly a company that puts in the effort at every level, all the way to the very top of leadership, to communicate with their customers and make every order a promise.

I have never seen worse service!!! I've been waiting 22 days since purchase and still haven't received my item! There is no response to my messages!!! And the worst thing is that I can't even cancel that order!!! This is just some kind of horror!!!

I ordered a AGM TS25-256 scope from NVG in Nov 2022. Got it on about Dec 5. It was defective . Tried calling NVG no one answered. Sent emails got one reply "stand by " No one would answer to help me return before the 30 days for full refund expired. I finally had to drive 13 hours to the Springerville, Az office to return scope.
From my personal experience with NVG out of cali--------up-fornia is avoid them at all cost. Buy from AGM dealer in Texas.

I put a scope in my cart on 12/31 as they were advertising a sale on a scope. I let it sit overnight, and they sent me an email on 1/1 saying they would give an additional 25$ off if I came back and purchased the scope. So I did. They confirmed the order, although I never received a shipping notice. On 1/6 I asked for an update, and it turns out they discontinued the scope I purchased on 12/31, although I purchased on 1/1 on their website. They said they would send me the newer version once they had in stock, and they would have them in late January. I was paid in full on 1/1.

I reached out on January 30th for an update, and they said they had not received them, but they would the 2nd week of February. I was still paid in full. At this point I was hoping they could send me a demo, or something I could use in the meantime, since I had already paid on 1/1, but they did not have anything to send me. I was okay with waiting 2 weeks till mid February.

I reached back out on 2/14, as other dealers were receiving their models, and beginning to sell them. They then informed me they wouldn’t have them until mid March. I was tired of waiting, and asked what my options were for getting an equivalent resolution model in a different brand.

They were willing to switch me, but not without me paying the 1000$ difference in price, even though they had sat on my payment since 1/1 and continued to push my shipment date. They wanted to make it right, but could not come up with a solution internally, instead wanted me to ask for something to make it right. But when I came up with something to make it right, they were not willing to cover the additional cost. (Even though they probably collected interest on my payment while it sat in their account). I then requested a refund, so that I could take my business somewhere else. I should have sent an invoice for the interest my money earned them, and I sat around and waited to end up with nothing!

The good: Response time, communication

The bad: failure to deliver a product, failure to deliver on time. Miscommunication/misleading on timing (three times)

Editing review as NVG has cleared some of the confusion on my part. The original shipping label DID indicate my accessories would be shipping/arriving at a later date. I just did not know they were on backorder, I was expecting another package soon.

NVG has cleared the confusion on my part, as well as shipped my accessories that I was waiting for. NVG has promptly worked with and communicated with me in order to resolve all issues.

Order Was placed with good Faith that it would be a quick and easy transaction but was i wrong.
contacted NV guys about my order after a week to see when expected shipment day was and they said the following week. After another week no word i contacted again and they hit me with the exact same email. So i figured id give them one more week to for a shipment email and never received it. Sent another email to them explaining my point of view on the order and if they would have just been upfront with me from the get go that it was a Bait And Switch listing (they didn't have them on hand) i would have just ordered it elsewhere. Their reply was very blunt and then they said the following week i would have it so i kept to myself and waited and no scope still. Last contact i asked why they didn't just upgrade me to the bigger lens model and they told me it wasn't a option basically saying my business doesn't matter to them. I will Never Buy anything from NV guys again and this is a buyer Beware.

This is my first time ever buying from night vision guys and I was skeptical at first because a buddy said don’t buy night vision if you can’t see an image of the tube on the website. So I texted their help number at 1am est on Black Friday and they responded in like 10min and answered all of my annoying questions. Great customer service. After all the texting with them I went with my gut because they seemed to know what they were talking about and built very good rapport. So I bought the pvs 14 on the Black Friday sale and to say I am amazed with the tube and quality is an understatement. You can not beat their deals. I was looking for a white phosphor pvs 14 gen 3 elbit tube with +2000fom and 30snr or greater with no blems for the longest time under 3k. Also I thought I was just getting the pvs14 but it comes with the skull crusher head mount, Jarm, sacrificial lense, 1 AA battery annd some other stuff I don’t know the name of. Overall unbeatable tube, unbeatable customer service, unbeatable price!

Product selection,prices and customer service are great. I sent 2 emails about my order and got a response almost immediately. Shipping took longer than expected but they upgraded me to next day air. I’d definitely give them my business again.

Hardly any defects in tube, you have to really try hard to see anything wrong with it. They even upgraded my shipping to next day. Great customer service. I whole heartedly recommend this business!
