I ordered some items from your website…

I ordered some items from your website while they were on sale, and I made sure beforehand that they could be shipped to Norway. After a week, I received a notification that my package had been delivered, but it turned out it had been delivered to an address in the Netherlands. I live in Norway, and I provided my correct address very clearly.
I contacted customer service and was told that the package had been returned to you, and that if I still want the items, I have to place a new order on the website and pay the shipping cost again. The items are also no longer on sale.
This is an absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable situation. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Very bad Customer Support

Very bad Webshop for Customers.
They hook the People, don´t care about them and just let me without an Answer about my Points and Voucher for weeks now
I have a Membership for over six Years now, after they hooked me with my last Voucher i earned with Points. You buy something, take your 10% Voucher and they share the 10 Percent Voucher through all articles you buy!!!!!!!

Asking them about this, they answer me two weeks later that they don´t now what i want from them.

Never again the Nikkie Webshop it is very unprofessionell.
