Three disappointing orders and poor value
I strongly do not recommend NIKU Farms based on my experience with three orders.
With my first two orders, some of the meat packages arrived open, leaking, and spoiled. I still decided to give the company one last chance.
For my third order, I missed the deadline to select my products. The box was supposed to be worth around $170, but I received mostly lower-value products such as chicken and several packs of ground beef, with only one very small steak. The company says that when customers miss the deadline, they choose products they believe the customer will enjoy, but several items were things I had never ordered before. The value of the products also appeared to be much lower than what I paid.
After the serious packaging issues with my previous orders, I expected much better care and consideration. Instead, this experience left me feeling that maximizing profit was more important to them than customer satisfaction. I personally find this subscription model and the way my order was handled predatory.
I have a lot of respect for farmers and agricultural workers, but I strongly dislike NIKU Farms’ business practices. After giving them multiple chances, I have cancelled my subscription and would not recommend their service.
