Extremely helpful, faultless customer service which provided a simple, effortless booking process which catered to my disabilities and preferences.

This company takes your money immediately, but fails to deliver the tickets. They promise delivery 72 hours before the event, yet less than 40 hours before the show I still have nothing. When you try to contact support, nobody is working because it’s the weekend, leaving you stranded with nothing but auto-replies. Customers should not have to run after what they legally paid for. Issue the tickets upon purchase or don't sell them at all. Utterly disgraceful service. Will never ever book with them again.

As an elderly couple our theatre trips are few and far between as seats which we can afford are difficult for us to get to or see from. When ringing the box office the young man did his best to help us and suggested we contact Nimax. Aidan arranged a time to call us and was extremely understanding and helpful. I cannot praise him highly enough and we are now looking forward to a rare treat. Thank you Aidan.

Easy to book and so much cheaper.

We have not received our tickets. Phoned up and just got a prerecorded messages telling me to check the spam folder.

Booked tickets, but needed the tickets emailed to me for a present, and not e-tickets. Garry from Nimax had them in my Inbox within seven minutes! Very impressed with the speed of response.

Excellent customer service. A very respectful and helpful guy took my call, and I had a very positive experience with my booking . I am really impressed and looking forward to my visit at The Apollo.

I contacted the box office with a request to exchange tickets that I could no longer use because of a family emergency. My request was very last minute and they did not have to honour it but the box office could not have been more helpful and thoughtful. What great customer service!

I couldn't attend the Producers musical on my chosen date due train cancellation.
I contacted the theatre and they did everything possible to get me an alternative date.
It was worth the effort as the production was brilliant. Very funny.

Exceptional customer service — kind, flexible, and truly human.

We had booked three tickets for Harry Potter in London, but unfortunately my daughter became very sick and we had to return to Italy earlier than planned. After taking care of the urgent situation and bringing her to the hospital, I contacted Nimax Theatres hoping not to lose our booking completely.

Their response was simply outstanding. They immediately helped us move the booking to September, and when I explained that travelling back to London so soon would be very difficult, they offered an alternative refund in Theatre Tokens, which never expire and can be used by us, our family, or even other people.

What impressed me most was not only their flexibility and professionalism, but their genuine kindness. The ladies I exchanged emails with were extremely caring and even asked how my daughter was feeling. In a stressful moment for our family, their support made a real difference.

A huge thank you to Nimax Theatres for such a compassionate, helpful, and customer-focused service. I highly recommend them.

Easy communication with customer service and the accessibility customer service

A really fabulous show! A magical play between the audience and cast, a real privilege to be part of it. I had seen it previously in London,20 years ago, and this I enjoyed even more. It felt more intimate and joyful.
I took a 15 year old, they loved it and will be putting the poster on their wall! We both left feeling extremely grateful for this experience ! I would be less comfortable taking a younger child.
Of five major west end shows we saw this was by far the most enjoyable.
The theatre staff were helpful and lovely. We were there in the heat wave and the theatre felt cool and comfortable, occasional tube rumbles did not detract.
Overall a phenomenal experience with a fantastic cast, thoroughly recommend

Absolutely fantastic service from Rebecca who assisted with my booking in such a helpful, friendly and professional manner. Helped to book up a show and helped with seat options and had such patience with my emails too. A real credit to Nimax Theatres, and the definition of perfect customer service.
