Wonderful quality items and excellent customer support. My parcel was mishandled by the delivery company (no fault of nine circles) and I had to ring them to sort it out. They were so friendly and helpful, and sorted everything very efficiently. Will definitely buy again.

Very quick delivery of iaido undershirt...my only issue is they don't do klarna or clearpay only paypal...which is only available for those with good credit and as there products are expensive then people like myself that are unemployed and on a tight budget...can't purchase.
I originally wanted to purchase two iaido uniforms but I found £100 cheaper elsewhere for the exact same fabrics..and they did klarna...maybe nine circles is thicker material..I don't know...but as it only caters for the Financially fortunate...its a 3 stars from me.

I needed to place an order quickly for arrival same week and had a quick chat about it on their Facebook customer service chat. They replied quickly and even offered custom shipping solution, which was unfortunately too expensive, so we went with normal shipping in hopes that the package took the promised time by the shipping partner. Luckily everything went well and the shipment came on Friday, after the suggested standard transit time.

I recently bought an iaito from Nine Circles. Their customer service was excellent. They carried out necessary security checks quickly and efficiently with delivery following the next day. Recommended.

I've bought from ninecircles a lot over the past 6 years or so. From getting my first set of keikogi and armour, to replacing shinai. They have a good range, and have tended to be one of the cheaper suppliers for the quality of the equipment. Shipping has always been fast, and I've never had any problems.
