I have emailed them about five times with zero response for an order I made 2 months ago. Non-existent communication, no shipping tracker, and no path to get a refund that they will respond to. I spent 85 dollars on something, and was essentially scammed. If you want a game that is “exclusive” to their website, go on eBay. You will have better luck. I bought a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe + BCP with everything on the cartridge and I got it a week later. Pretty easy to verify and get updates on there.

I never received the product I ordered. The site never sent me an order confirmation, an estimated time of arrival, or any way to track said order. Any attempts to contact customer support about it has been met with silence, as have any requests for a refund. They took my money and ran with it.

Worst customer service there is in the gaming industry.

bought pre-order switch game, not showing even after long time... what a shame... not get reply from their suctomer service email... BAD!

I ordered an Asia-only release game from them. It arrived to me in the US (with free shipping) roughly 2 weeks after ordering. I had a good experience with Nintendo Soup.

I bought a backpack from Japan a few months before it was released using the Nintendosoup store.
I waited till the backpack release date and continued to wait after but the backpack never showed up.
I used the Nintendosoup store complaints page during the time they specify to make inquiries about my missing backpack and/or if I would be able to get a refund.
No response.
I sent another email a few weeks later once again asking about the whereabouts of the backpack and/or if I could get a refund.
Still no response.
Now here I am, $250 dollars short with nothing to show for it.
Tried being polite in the emails but I'm gonna be real, this sucks.
