Favoritism has no place in a professional company.

Promotion should be based on merit, experience, and skill-set. However, this company promotes people not based on these things but the management's own biases and favoritism. It's obvious because many people who lack skill and experience get promoted to positions that they aren't qualified for. I 'm not against these employees since we all deserve opportunities to grow. But I'm against the managers because they let their bias affect the quality and integrity of the company.
