I bought a Nitecore NU53 headlamp from a shop . After 15days I told them the battery indicator does not work correctly. It shows full battery charge all the time even if the light is getting down because the battery is flat. Today is the 19th days I have notified them and they are received a video as an evidence about this glitch,which obviously a factory or construction issue. However they are saw the video and noticed the issue after 19days I have no light during fishing that I have paid for that causing me absololutely inconvenience , I have not got my money back either to buy a useful one from somwhere else. Top of it the headlamp afrer 2-3minutes use on 1800lumen the headlap case gets INCREDIBLY HOT, you canmot even tuch that and it BURNED out my mosquito net. All this is during you wearing the headlamp on your head. This lamp is an absolute garbage and the company who sold it to me acting like an absolute clueless team. I presum all the relevant organizations must inveatigate that how is this headlamp could get permission for sale.
