I play every now and then and only won site credit, fair enough I thought.
Recently I decided to play again and after doing so I checked my wins to find and instant win for £50 from a few months ago.
I had not received any notification of this win, and when I messaged about it I was told that you have to claim it withing 30 days.
I think it is really poor that they dont even let you know so I was unaware till well after their cut off, this should be paid instantly into your account.

As you have mentioned in your review, you always have accessibility to check your instant wins, this isn't a new feature nor is it something we've only just added so it is also your responsibility as it is your account to check your instant wins.
Not only this, each and every time you enter you would receive an order confirmation and if in the case you had won, you will always automatically receive an instant win email too as they are sent directly from the website.
We do everything we can to ensure you are notified of a win. We have hundreds of thousands of players unfortunately we can not go out of our way to directly contact each and every winner for the smaller wins.
And in regards to claiming wins, all information and timing guidelines are on the terms and conditions via the website.
