I love your creams but I was wondering if you could look at changing your pump bottles. I have just cut the top off and I got a 1/2 a container out of it that I would have missed because once the pump stops that's it. So please look into something that is better and easier to get ever bit of the cream out. Thank you so much

I absolutley love Nivea creme, I use it every day & it leaves my skin soft & fresh, I also use nivea facial cleansing wipes for normal skin, both these products are divine. I've recently started using Nivea Soft, for the warmer weather, of which my husband loves the smell of.I will always use Nivea, hopefully for another 50 years.Thank you for such pure & natural products, that are a joy to use.🙂💙

I've been using Nivea 48hrs Roll on for years and then product was fine and lasting until recently it doesn't even last for 12hrs ,I don't know what they do wrong now but it's a no no

I bought the Nivea MEN SENSITIVE PRO ULTRA-CALMING FACIAL BAL
I've used it 4 times for skin irritation after shaving and every time it made the irritation worse!

Q10 day and night wrinkle cream, adverse reaction. Terrible skin since using these, burning, peeling, red, flaking, eczema around mouth, eyes.I looked like very sore and skin felt like sandpaper .After a month of complaining and completing an adverse reaction form, nothing.NO apologies, no refund or vouchers. These products useless now. Still trying to restore my damaged skin. Use at your peril.

My skin it’s red, burns a lot, I have peeling skin around my nose, chin and under my eyes. I have irritated eyes. I was use this s**t 2 times. Just 2 times. I used from 5 years the same cream , toner, wash face gel. Always I was don’t have any problem with my skin. I was baying NIVEA wash face because my wash face gel was finished and I need bay something fast on now. I’m so angry , I hope that my skin on face back to normal. If any person can telling me where I can report this issue? That NIVEA s**t should be prohibited to use!!!

Disgusting customer service.
I bought a mens shaving gel which spurted liquid instead of gel. It was unuseable. When I contacted nivea customer services they were not interested refusing to replace or refund the product. I was astounded that a company can adopt that mindless attitude this day and age! I will never purchase their products again.

Received a mens advent calendar from my wife. To date, 10th, two of the slots have had nothing in them. This amounts to a 20% swiz!
I await the remainder of the Christmas season with interest.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You won't get your goods. Customer Service is appalling and give you appalling reason. Shop elsewhere

For such a large company the delivery process and customer service is worse the ordering from a small business. placed a order on the 16/11/22 with a 48h delivery service, got the tracking number on the same day however there was no movement at all. contacted customer service and got a pitiful response back even through I gave all details of the order including tracking details, order date and order number as well as names and that.

was told on the 22/11/22 that a replacement order will be shipped with tracking and I will receive a email with the tracking number and yet again I hear nothing. So I reach out again and was finally given a tracking number that was just created and as there is a mail strike on it will not move for 4 days. If it was done when i was told it was done i would have had the replacement order.

I have honestly seen 1 man company's do miles better levels of customer service then this global trading company.

If anywhere else had the item available and not just souly Nivea like amazon, boots, super drug and so on i would have ordered it from there instead as they have far more options for delivery and a better level of service.

Make a factor 50 sunlotion for Kids and fill it with Chemicals

The cream of this company has excellent structure and moisturize very well.

Inexistent customer care service. Placed an order almost a week ago. Nivea very quickly took the payment from my debit card. However I don't know at what point my order is. Emailed and got no reply, phoned and got no reply. A real shame.

I've been using Nivea products for years and can honestly state that they are all excellent. From lotions with pleasant scents to cosmetics, they have it all. Excellent customer service and a quick check-out. It is highly suggested that folks try it. Over the years, the quality has always been at its peak.

I bought their cleansing wipes, As soon as I began taking off my eye makeup my eyelids started to burn and are all red. It doesn't remove makeup properly either, there's still eyeliner and mascara on my eyes. I looked at other reviews and every review had the same experience with the burning, so it's not just people with sensitive skin, this product should not be on the market

Good product, poor packaging. Firstly, the aperture through which you need to squeeze the cream is <1mm wide so it takes ages to apply - we all have busy lives these days.

Secondly, once you have finished the tube, it is impossible to separate the plastic nozzle from the metal tube for recycling. Nivea, you need to be more environment aware please.

Thirdly, I think I remember the cardboard box having a false section, giving the impression that the quantity of cream you buy is greater. This also has an environmental effect - fewer individual items can be packed for transport resulting in greater numbers of lorries etc delivering Nivea products, meaning greater carbon footprint. This is not the only Nivea product to feature such packaging - indeed it is not the only company to do it. I shall be writing a review for Olay shortly and will mention this issue to them.

Please take note, Nivea, and improve your packaging.

So basically me and my girlfriend was having a nivea fight and i may have gotten it in my japs and she got it in her vagina and you know what. We are not happy about it.

Most of all I like the body lotion they offer. I use it all the time, especially when it is cold outside and my skin becomes more dry.

For the last 20 years I only use nivea aftershave but I have a feeling that I need to change that because seems to me that nivea bottle designers are getting too drugged. I am frustrated because it's simply not possible to open the latest version of the aftershave bottle with wet hands. Did anyone from nivea actually test a product package before it was released? Due to the impossibility of using the product with wet hands (and after shaving the hands are always wet) I must switch to another brand. Goodbye, nivea ...
