Good ol fashioned customer service the way it used to be, love these guys, wouldn't go anywhere else, completely trustworthy, they are passionate about what they do and it's all about getting the customer back up and running again as quickly as possible. I don't drive so they come to the house to sort out my laptop or the computer and if it's something that can't be fixed they take it away and bring it back. As a techno-muppet I've been using them for years now, and on the rare occasion it's turned out to be a software problem like google chromes end or something that actually can't be fixed, they haven't charged me for all their time and effort. The fee they do charge is low considering they do such a top professional job. They also set up computers, printers and a whole lot more, I would shout about this company all day long, highly recommended, go check them out.
