I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by nkcollections. Despite placing an order and eagerly awaiting for my product, it never arrived. What's worse, when I attempted to reach out for assistance, I was met with silence and eventually blocked on social media. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's reputation. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with nkcollections, as their behavior suggests a disregard for customer care and basic business ethics.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this seller. I placed an order for a dress for a special event, and despite being promised that it would arrive before the event, it never did. The seller kept giving me false promises and saying that she would dispatch my order the next day, but it never happened. When I tried to follow up, she was rude and told me to stop messaging her. It has been two weeks past the expected arrival date and my dress still has not arrived. To make matters worse, the seller has now blocked me. I would strongly advise against trusting this seller and not ordering from them. It has been a complete waste of time and money.

Terrible customer service. I don’t really write reviews but I just had to for this one. Firstly, she lied and said she gave me a tracking number but that was a lie. Then I kept chasing up my order which I paid a lot of money for but sadly got no response. I asked politely for a refund but to no avail. Please beware of this con artist who will rob you and ghost on you! I warned you.

The reviews were correct when they said the items do not get delivered. She sends out the tracking details however fails to send it out. She should be ashamed of herself for scamming people and taking their money. I ordered on 5th April because she told me I could get it by the 20th April but there was no sign of her actually sending it early. She made many excuses one of which was Eid had delayed orders even though she knew Eid was coming up. All of a sudden she’s waiting for it to come from abroad. 5 weeks later and I still haven’t received my dress, so I decided to take it upon myself to contact my bank seen as she refused to give a refund. Then she asked me to stop messaging her even though she said she’ll send it out! Rubbish customer service

I placed an order on the 5th of April and I was told if I placed an order I could receive it by 20th April, however the owner decided not to send it out and kept making excuses that she hasn't received the product. I then messaged regarding my order and she said because of Eid everything has been delayed, even though she knew Eid was coming up. I asked her to keep me updated on the delivery however she also refused to do that. She then told me to stop harassing her even though she's just stolen someone's hard earned money. 5 weeks later it still has not arrived... maybe it's still on its way. I contacted my bank for a chargeback, she's now blocked me on Instagram. You would only block someone when you know you've done wrong! This ain't a business darling, it's drop-shipping at this point lol. Maybe invest in buying the items first, so you don't have disappointing customers. P.S. You've also spelt Whatsapp wrong on your website. Maybe drop your business and study English instead.

I bought 3 outfits. None were as advertised. Expect goods to arrive restyled, looking very different to their picture online. A long length plain front, sleeveless dress arrived with long sleeves, false neck opening and jacket length. They change proportions, and use inferior substitute fabrics and cheap trims out of character to the version they show on their selling page. There were raw edges on lumpy seams.
Every email communication request for a refund was denied outright, despite the goods being faulty and greatly, not as described. (This goes against your statutory rights as an online purchaser) stating that they don't give refunds is not legally binding.
To avoid giving refunds Nadia Kiani collections falsely claim on their website that goods are made to measure, they are NOT. They supply goods to the usual sizings of S,M, L, XL not to specific measurements or requests. Purchasers assume what they are buying is the garment pictured, in the size selected, it wont be.
I would advise if you want to order, and risk disappointment, pay by paypal, which offers some buyers protection, and raise a claim to get your money back, or otherwise pay by credit card, which also covers you against fraudulent sellers.
I notice Nadia Kiani has given herself a 5* review in order to reply to previous negative reviews, so that the rating algorithm shows an overall higher star rating than the one taking the negative ratings into consideration.

I’m doing shopping from NK Collection since last year and I’m very happy with clothes. Stitching is really good.

I was so reluctant to place an order because of the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I received my order in 2 weeks. I went for the white suit and mirrored dupatta. The whole outfit is beautiful! I asked for linings in sleeves and she kindly arranged this for me. Also, customer service was great. She got back to all my queries. I will order from them again. I felt it was important to write this feedback. I nearly didn't order because of the two bad reviews!

I’ve been ordering for a while and the clothes have been amazing I am very happy with the customer service and I will continue to buy more clothes thank you :)

Was abit scared at first to order from the company because of the reviews but wow what amazing experience I had , lovely service, quick to reply and got my suit delivered within 10 days . Stitching was 10/10. Size was custom size and it fit me like a glove . Have placed another order yesterday .

MO and MRS ZARINA ALI these suits are 💯original suits and sometimes delays happen as they tailor stitched so itcan take afew weeks we have corrected our delivery times and we have also updated our website so all customers can contact us directly WE ARE NOT FRAUD we are a startup company so little hiccups occur alhumdulliah we are getting much better

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Lies upon lies of suit being sorted or sent, fake tracking numbers provided without the suit actually being sent out, then going completely quiet when you ask further questions. Been waiting 7 weeks for a suit that had a dispatch time of 8-10 days. They haven’t fulfilled previous orders yet continue to advertise on instagram and their site like they’re the most reliable company. I will be taking this matter further as the dishonesty and lies with them are just unreal.
