I just suggest don’t buy anything from this Site.

Very disappointing experience with my recent order #O26Gxc8s (U.S. Polo Assn. Denim Co. Henry Tapered Cropped Fit Black Jeans).

The product was delivered on March 12, 2026, but upon unboxing, I found that the jeans are in a used condition and have a visible pen stain.

I initiated a return request, but when the delivery executive came for the pickup, he refused to accept the return, claiming the product appears "used." This is extremely unfair because the product was delivered to me in this exact condition. I should not be held responsible for receiving a defective/pre-used item.

Review:
I ordered shoes from NNNOW and what I received was completely different from what I ordered — not only was it the wrong product, but it was also expired (manufactured in 2023). This is not just poor service; it’s unethical and potentially unsafe.

To make it worse, their support team has been completely unresponsive.
• I have contacted them via email, calls, and live chat, but all I got was robotic replies or “we’ll get back to you” promises that were never kept.
• The pickup agent refused to take the return, saying he had no approval because the item was “wrong.”
• Despite multiple escalations, they have done nothing to resolve this.

I have wasted valuable time and energy chasing a resolution that should have been instant given the mistake was on their side. No refund. No correct product. No accountability.

I’m now escalating this to consumer forums, filing a grievance via the National Consumer Helpline, and sharing this experience on other platforms including MouthShut, Google, and LinkedIn.

NNNOW needs to be held accountable for misleading sales, expired stock delivery, and total negligence in customer service.

Avoid shopping here at all costs.

Don’t Waste Your Money on This Clown Website!

This website is run by clowns who deceive customers with false product descriptions and then charge them for their own mistakes!

I ordered a shirt advertised as 100% linen, only to receive a cheap blend with just 15% linen. That’s blatant false advertising! But what’s worse? When I rightfully returned the product, they had the audacity to deduct a fee—about 10% of the shirt’s price! I would have understood if the mistake was on my end, but why should I be the one paying for their false marketing?

And if you think you can warn others by leaving a review, think again! They actively suppress negative feedback to mislead future customers. My review never appeared on the product page, and to this day, they haven’t corrected the deceptive product description.

Enough is enough! I waited patiently for them to fix their mistake, but they clearly have no intention of running an honest business. So, let this be a warning to all: Avoid this website at all costs. If you don’t want to be charged for their incompetence, shop elsewhere.

It’s not just about the money—it’s about integrity and accountability—something this company clearly lacks. Share this and spread the word. Don’t let them fool more people!

Unreliable with faulty policies

Had a bad online experience with the NNNow.
I had ordered a Tommy Hilfiger Sling Bag purse, which turned out to be defective. The magnetic lock on the flap was not working, as a result the purse could not be closed/locked.
I got in touch with customer care, and requested a replacement for the same. But they flatly refused stating that company policy was against replacements. This was not even a refund, I had asked for a change of a defective piece, which was a fair request.
The Company is not customer friendly, and is unreliable as they do not provide resolution to defective items. Please be forewarned.
Writing this review for shoppers who may be subject to a similar experience.
