If I can leave a zero rather than 1 star I would. I ordered from them on the 10th march. 1 month later still nothing. Order of £85 for triple stone drop earrings. When I tried to contact customer support email provided the email address was invalid. I believe this site is a scam. I would love to be proved wrong and either receive the earrings or a refund. Very high fees for return of products. Lost 40% of the amount when I returned the product.

Actually had the strikes notification but the product did arrive - so thank you Noa Noa.
However, 1 week later they sent message saying UK web site shut down forever.?

Update: I received a notification email from the shipping company that my parcel was returned to Noa Noa due to incomplete information on the paperwork since it was dispatched from Denmark. I received a refund from Noa Noa for the dress but was still charged for the shipping. I have not ordered from Noa Noa since this occurred which is a shame as I love their clothes customer services is very poor.

I don’t know what happened but my order GL5794 never delivered. I got update emails and notifications from both NOA NOA and GLS that my order was on its way, stored at the parcel centre in Kolding, due to be delivered today, delivered and then a notification that it had been returned to the sender without any explanation why. I’ve contacted Noa Noa via email and sent them a copy of all the email notifications I received but no response or explanation from either GLS or Noa Noa. Absolutely appalling service by both companies. I ordered a dress in good time for a particular occasion next week but now I’ll have to rush to find another dress at the last minute. Extremely disappointed as I used to shop a lot from them in store in both Norway and the UK and considered them to be a very good reputable company. I guess that has changed with the online shop

Avoid at all costs!! This website is a scam. I ordered from the UK and after they charge you they email saying: “ We are sorry to inform you there may currently be longer delivery times due to GLS strikes indefinitely”. The dress was never delivered and they never replied to any of my emails or messages on Instagram. I’m so angry and disappointed as the dress was expensive and it was meant to be a gift!

I ordered an item from Noa Noa on October 1st and received it on October 4th. Delighted with the item and the fast delivery.

Avoid this company. Returns are to Denmark and for a lightweight dress cost £12. Items have to go through customs so takes ages for the item to reach the warehouse. My refund wasn’t made until I contacted them to say I had proof of delivery.

Ordered from the UK. The skirt I ordered arrived in only a few days and I had no problems with my order. I probably would've been scared to order from them if I'd read their reviews on here beforehand but I had no problems with my order. Can't speak for their return/refund policy as I didn't have to use that.

Warning for this company! They sell in Sweden but do not have a clue of what they are doing. They do not respect Swedish law. I cancelled an order as it was clear that it could not be delivered within the time noanoa promised and had written in the confirmation of the order and I was leaving on holidays. So I cancelled (and they confirmed the cancellation) long before delivery. Now, they say that they have delivered the items OUTSIDE my country house, where I told them that it's a tourist area. And they refuse to return the money if I don't send the parcel back. Noanoa also has written me an e-mail in which they say that they did not accept my cancellation that day. I have to send the parcel back if I want to cancel the order. I asked a neighbour and she cannot find any parcel there. I am not responsible for what they leave there, especially as they had lots of time for stopping the delivery with Bring. I don't even know if it was left there at all. And I have lost a lot of money and time. Noanoa are not professional! I warn you everybody!

Probably one of the least DEI-oriented companies still existing in 2022.. Don't support it!
I just don't get why a company in 2022 still doesn't represent people of other colors than white? I mean come on! Please participate in making the fashion industry a little more inclusive and diverse!

It is often impossible for many non-white people to see how some of the clothes will look on you if every single model wearing the clothes is white?! Going to Noa Noa's webpage feels like a "white-people-only" shopping place.

Terrible. I ordered an expensive coat on line with NoaNoa. When I went to return it, as it did not fit, I had to pay for postage and the return. It is not clear on the website and on ordering but their base is in Denmark, not the UK, so expensive to deliver to. The company have received my return but I have had no payment returned to me months later. Avoid at all costs.

There was no invoice or details for returning the goods in the parcel. Dresses did not fit, and as they do not offer free returns, I have had to post back to Denmark, although senders address is UK. Were finally good on live chat to provide an Invoice and postal address, but it shouldn't have been that difficult to sort out. I will order through Next in future.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. If I could give minus stars I would. 2 Jumpers defective - a fight to get them to provide me with a prepaid label for returns. They try ever trick to make you give up trying to get a refund. Customer service a joke, when you ask to speak to a manager to complain they say no.

Terrible experience! Besides you need to pay for the return delivery in case you didn`t like the product you need to fight to get your money back. It was lat time I ordered something there! My order was for the total amount of EUR 88,96, but I got refunded only EUR 2,04. Also, I was provided with some strange confirmation that refund was made in 2 parts, where the second bigger part is missing on my account. Be careful with this seller. Not trustworthy. Poor customer support.

Excellent service - ordered items came quickly and the return process for one item went smoothly.

Bad experience with two last orders. Instead of a skirt received a dress, took some months to get the money back after intensive correspondence.
Today despite everyone was at home, they delivered to a Pakke Shop,sending a message that they could not find anyone at the address... Annoying.
