On the web page the product is still available, also available in the shop that I chose for pick-up, at the same time my online order got cancelled, because they claim that the product is out of stock. It is getting ridiculous, not the first time when I encounter with some kind of mess with this shop. Just wasting of time. Never had something like this with Marionnaud or Sephora, just now ordered the same product in Marionnaud. So, I suggest to everybody to do the same, if you hesitate, better choose Marionnaud or Sephora, you will save your time and nerves.

I paid for an Estee lauder foundation that I didn't receive, follow it up w/colis prive & Nocibe, even after I wrote a reclamation and talk with 2 employees at Nocibe on the phone, no answer until now. Very bad experience.

Even the clarin product are really good. But due to lack of customer they might end up losing customer. I am at NOCIBE creteil mall and rather then helping me out with the product she started shouting at the intern as well at client. I mean I felt like she was making racial discrimination on me. Why is there need for her to shout if there is long line of queues. I didn’t come there to do some jogging or pass my time. I was there to buy product which cost around 70€. Wow! Such a cheap customer service. I would like you to take strict action. That was completely racist of her.

Really bad payment system, they charged money to my account and cancelled my order without refunding. Never trust this website.

It took 7 weeks (!) to receive the reimbursement for a package that Colissimo lost, and which Nocibé originally promised to transfer within a few days.

No contact is initiated from Nocibé about it, you have to chase for updates yourself and be told the case is still in progress, but not why it’s taking so long or when you might expect your money back.

Finally I opened a complaint via Fia-net and immediately got my money back.

Deleted the app (useless anyway) and removed myself from their mailing list as I will never ever shop with them again.

There are many many similar complaints here and on other sites, so I will write this warning in English for any fellow expats out there: avoid this company if you don’t want to risk weeks/months of fighting them in case of trouble.
