I cancelled my order after waiting 2 months for my perfume. During that entire time, I was repeatedly promised that it was “on the way,” but it never arrived.
I was then promised a refund, yet now it has been 4 months and I still have not received my money back. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I have been patient long enough. No product, no refund, only empty promises. If my money is not returned immediately, I will have no choice but to involve my lawyer and take legal action.
I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I placed and order on 9th of january. After multiple emails and messages for refund they kept me waiting and telling that the order is on its way. In the end around 5th february the issued a dhl tracking number. When i track dhl it is stuck at electronically annouced. Today is 9th of february.
