Quick exchange oportunity with the hosts

Yet another company that collects your money after promising a service (House protection) and LATER tells you that actually you need to send to a third party over which they have no control of, your biometric data, plus an id photo. Yes, those that are leaked all the time all over the place, always hosted by "reputable companies", yes, those.
I am not against this on itself, I am against dishonest companies that know very well that lots of people would back down from subscribing if this was made clear in advance, so they just stay silent until the payment is done. Incredibly dishonest. Now I paid a **** of money but I'm not actually covered unless I accept a very real additional risk. Honestly, I despise you with my guts. EVEN WORSE: Not only is not shown anywhere during the subscription process but if you were part of the 1% of people that go an read the terms of this House protection on their site ( their site slash about slash home-protection-insurance-terms ) you would find NOTHING saying that you need to give away extremely personal and sensitive data to use this service. MEANING THIS IS NOT EVEN LEGAL!

Regular visit for my cat's vaccination, very smooth experience at Nomador, the clinic is clean and calm, the staff is friendly

I always find professional friendly cat - and housesitters through Nomador, even often last minute. So far I have several invites, and also people that would like to return.

The money for the subscription is well spent, however, the handling of the website could be optimized, clearer and more simplified.

Seamless veterinary support is part of the service, when I list my home on Nomador, I always include my vet's details in my pet's profile

Great experience with Nomador !

I have had nice experiences with Nomador, dealing with nice people, nice pets, and also visiting new and interesting places.
The only con I find is that sometimes your stay is confirmed in a short notice and that is not very convenient at the time to buy the flights.

Nomador's customer service is terrible.I canceled my automatic payments,but they still charged me.I reached out for a refund,and they never responded.
