I PURCHASED TWO ITEMS FROM NOTMATIC JUNE 1ST 2022. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY ITEM TO BE SHIPPED. IVE TRIED EMAILING TEXTING AND CALLING 801-810-6839 FOR AN UPDATE ON MY 2 PURCHASES. I HAVENT GOT ANY RESPONSE. AS OF NOW I WANT A REFUND. I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET A REFUND. PLEASE HELP ME

I was one of the first backers of the Nomatic Travel bag when it was part of the kickstarter project and have extensively been a part of my travel across the globe! Its an incredibly durable product and has withstood most wear and tear and most recently when one of the YKK zipper actually ripped, I was heartbroken and reached out to the customer care and they went out of the way to actually ship me a replacement from the US to London!! Customer service at its best, very professional and kudos to the team behind the scenes. I am definitely gonna be one of those lifetime customers and looking forward to more exciting products from Nomatic!

Very few products are truly backed up with a Lifetime warranty. I’m here to tell you that Nomatic products are! Integrity in business is hard to find today, but when you buy products from Nomatic they guarantee them. After four years of using my Travel Backpack every day, the main compartment zipper broke and a snap on the backplate came off. After an easy process, they replaced the entire bag. Now that’s integrity and customer service! I will only buy from Nomatic the rest of my life…lifetime guarantee both ways! Thanks Nomatic…you’re the best!

I had my backpack for a little over 4 years and one of the seams came loose inside and Nomatic replaced it at no charge. Not many companies stand behind their product like that. I love my Nomatic and will certainly buy another one when the time comes

it has taken 5 months to ship my item and it still isn't shipped. Every single week when I ask for update they say for sure this week we will ship it but then never do. Would not recommend, you will give them a year free loan if you buy their products!

I have experienced what a lifetime warranty means. The zipper of my backpack has broken. Annoying because I use it as my mobile office and I am very attached to it. Nomatic's customer service has looked at the photos that were sent and I received a new backpack within a short time!

Waited for over 2 and half months for a backpack to ship only to have it delayed and eventually changed to "out of stock" on the website. All attempts at communication were ignored until I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Finally received an email from them after that (on a Sunday) telling me to wait an additional 4 weeks or take a different product within 1 week. I declined and asked for the refund at which point they told me to cancel my dispute so they could issue the refund. Not bloody likely that I would ever see that money, so I think I'll trust American Express over Nomatic. Don't order from these guys.

I bought two items - the backpack was solid, but the luggage scuffed up horribly after one use. The luggage design is thoughtful and it does help you to pack more in less space, so I powered on. Then after only 5 trips, the handle snapped off. I've made several attempts to contact Nomatic using their website, text, and chat options. Despite multiple attempts all of my inquiries have gone unanswered (I'm on day 5 and counting - which isn't forever, but their website says they will reach out within hours). This one star review is not beyond repair, but at this stage I'm very disappointed at the lack of quality or customer service given the high purchase price of their items.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and there is no end in sight. I, like many, backed their McKinnon Everyday backpack. Since then (April 201) it’s been excuse after excuse as to why the product hasn’t shipped yet. THATS IF THEY BOTHER TO COMMUNICATE AT ALL! They’ve taken little to no responsibility for the issues.

The kicker to all of this, they refuse to refund even though the product has not shipped. They say “you can return the product when you receive it”.

Good products, good customer service

Do NOT order from here at all ever. I have been trying to get my money back for the past two weeks. I originally had an issue with BOTH items I ordered being defective. I wanted to exchange them but then decided to just return for a refund. Not only am I unable to get ahold of them now but they are not picking up the items I’ve sent back which will be returned on May 5th if not picked up. I DO NOT want these items. I want my $600 back!

I ordered a backpack and on the site it says ships mid April, with about a week delivery.

After several days it had not shipped so I followed up with an email to customer service. They said it would be 2-4 weeks before shipment due to high demand.

I am travelling overseas and need the bag by a certain date and requested this delivery time, or a refund.

There has been no reply after several more follow up emails. I will initiate a chargeback through Visa now.

The NOMATIC service was quick and painless. NOMATIC bags company are best in the business. NOMATIC bags are top of the line. They never paid me to say this because I like NOMATIC bags.

I have a nightmarish experience dealing with Nomatic. I ordered a messenger bag which cost me $378 with shipping. I did not receive my order and contacted Nomatic asking for a refund as I had to buy an alternate from a local store. Despite that they sent me a replacement via order # 370396. I told them specifically not to ship a replacement as I will be out of the city and there won’t be anyone at home. Despite this all, they went ahead with shipment, which I did not receive as there was no one to receive it. I asked them that if they can not provide a refund, issue me a store credit which I can use in future. Today their idiotic customer service e mailed me that they will issue a credit once they receive the bag that I received. They can not get it through their thick skulls that the bag was not received so how can it be returned. Moreover the CS is so slow that it takes them six to seven days to reply through e mail. They do not have any other means of contact. Shame on you Nomatic. I never expected such poor CS from a North American business. I would advise everyone through social media platforms not to deal with Nomatic if they hold their money dear.

3 stars deducted: approximately 0.5 inches loose thread (but no visible dehiscence, should not be present for price); size still smaller for my toiletries; price steep considering aforementioned issues.

I started purchasing items from this company last Summer prior to a two-week vacation. I had already purchased a camera travel case before I discovered this company. However, I needed some organization for my many pieces of equipment, so I purchased the battery case, filter case, Card case (SD card) and most recently an accessory case. All are made with excellent durable materials, reliable closures and zippers which appear to be close to Y10 level zippers which won't break. All these items fit in my large carryon camera case. I also purchased the day bag which has a camera bag attached to the bottom that holds my Nikon Z50, two lenses and a flash. The top becomes a daypack. All of it folds up into a small easy to pack case. There is a bag they sell that fits all of this, but I had already purchased a bag but would have gone for the whole kit. I can't recommend this company enough

I have to say that these bags are tremendous. I have used dozens of different laptop bags, backpacks, messenger bags over the years, but these are far and away the best I have purchased. The are not only made with extremely high quality materials, but they are so intuitively perfect for those of us who travel frequently, have all the newest and latest tech gadgets, want to carry a lot with them, but not look like they are. Everything has a home, but the bag still looks sleek and professional. I LOVE THESE BAGS!!!!!

Not only is the gear top notch. I reached out needing a travel camera bag for an overseas trip. I had backed a new bag through Nomatic and the shipping delays related to COVID and to no fault of Nomatic made that bag too late for my trip. I emailed and with in 30 minutes had a response and a bag shipping to me for the trip. That made me a lifetime customer immediately.
