I was first introduced to NOMATIC back in 2018 when I bought one of their planners. It spoke to me straight away to see how much utility they could add to something as simple as a notebook. So when I needed to update my laptop bag and luggage there was nowhere else I was going to buy from.

Bottom line upfront. NOMATIC is not cheap! But you get what you pay for in this instance. I know a lot of brands charge a premium and then don’t back it up. But NOMATIC more than back it up!

The luggage is sleek, professional and as always with NOMATIC it is well thought out and gives everything you need with nothing you don’t.

Finally, customer service (had questions about shipping, not product issues) was amazing. Prompt, professional response.

I’ve already recommended NOMATIC to multiple friends and will continue to do so.

I purchased my Travel Pack backpack on February 8th of 2019. I decided to make this purchase after purchasing several moderately priced backpacks that just didn't hold up or weren't as functional as I had hoped. I travel about 8 to 12 times per year, both internationally and domestically and I use my backpack daily going to and from the office. So, I really give my backpack a work out. I can say that the NOMATIC Travel Pack has taken everything I've thrown at it and still looks great. It has only recently developed a problem with a zipper which I thought might need to be fixed before making the bag unusable. So, a few days before Christmas I emailed NOMATIC and prepared to wait for days before getting a reply and possibly even needing to send multiple emails before getting a reply. I have to say that I was extremely surprised when I received a reply email from NOMATIC in less than 5 minutes. Again it was just a few days before Christmas, and it wasn't an automated response! The email explained how to file a warranty claim, which was very simple to do. I filled out the warranty claim form and sent a few pictures of the problem and was told that I would get a response from the warranty department. For sure I thought I'd have to wait until after the holidays for a response. But no, the next day I received a response from the warranty department that my claim was processed and a new backpack was being sent out to replace mine. Then on Christmas Eve I received another email notification that a replacement backpack had been shipped! Now that is GREAT SERVICE!
Great job NOMATIC and I will definitely be recommended your products to everyone as a brand that has great functionality, quality, and just as important superior customer service. KUDOS to the entire customer service team!

These guys are Fraudsters, purchase a Peter Mckinnon bag for my son on the 15th of December, as the bag was considered “sold out” on there website before this time. They send a tracking shipment no date of the arrival or anything. Its past Christmas now, and oh their website said it ships 3-5 days after order. As well as they ship from Utah, but why does it say my shipment is being sent from Vietnam. They’re are a scamming company from Utah.

Recently purchase several items to organize my camera gear. Could not be happier with my selection. Style, quality, and durability are amazing.

I purchased their top of the line carry on on November 20 2021 a week later they provided a track number, However the bag never came.. after one month, I emailed them and texted a message on their site and got no response 🤬 they TOOK my $350.00 dollars and I got Nothing they're thieves!

After two years my zipper broke which is fine because of their excellent warranty! The bag has lasted me through a lot and taken a bit of abuse as I take it everywhere I go. I will always be a NOMATIC customer knowing that me and my bags will always be taken care of and are excellent at what they do.

Best company for your travel gear! Good quality, excellent customer service, and amazing warranty. What else could we ask for. Peak Design, Timbuk2, and Osprey have nothing on Nomatic!

This is the only wallet that I could ever get my other half to use and he's had one since Nomatic's very beginning. His last one was so beat up but still completely functionable that I thought I was going to have to steal it in order for him to let me replace it 🤣🤣🤣. Highly recommended.

Incredible backpack that lasted me years of intense usage. Eventually the zipper broke (which was probably a result of the extreme stress I put on it) and I contacted customer service. Within minutes they already had me set up for a replacement because of their lifetime garuntee.

The talented Brie from the Customer Service Team went beyond the call of duty to obtain a product sold out when I placed my order. However, because I am finally traveling, l was concerned I wouldn't receive it in time.
Amazingly, after her further research, Brie obtained the product! I am over the moon and am looking forward to receiving it. It was refreshing to speak with someone who listened, cared, and understood my urgent needs.

I can’t say enough good things about both the products and Nomatic the company. I purchased a travel pack in 2017, after 4 years of use traveling as an airline pilot the bag started having issues. One zipper came loose in an area where it turned and was subject to extra force when closing and it wore through on the bottom. Nomatic honored the lifetime warranty, at the time of this writing a new bag is on its way. What a great company and I absolutely love the bag. Thank you Nomatic.

The response time was absolutely excellent. The only reason I took off a star was because the rep could not definitively tell me whether I would be charged duty and extra fees (I am in Canada). I know this is not a fault of the rep but rather Nomatic's distribution system. I just wanted to know whether I would be charged extra or not since they have a Canadian warehouse. The rep figured there was a 95% chance I would not. However if Nomatic did I think I would be on the hook. Not too wild about that! Anyway the rep responded timely, professionally, politely. That is a great start!

I am a bus driver for Ct Transit. We change shifts at various locations throughout our area. The Nomatic products allow me to keep all my items protected and contained which insures speedy trade off of vehicles regardless of weather.

Every product ive gotten from NOMATIC is great, great design, great quality of the materials used.
