Dont buy from this company they just…

Dont buy from this company they just want your money and don't provide the product. Parcel wasn't delivered. Made a complaint. The company website states they will reply in 24 to 48 hrs which is a lie. They don't provide a working telephone number on their website for customers. They don't reply on website chat either.
Customer service appears to be non existent apart from automated useless bots!

Is this a scam

I ordered and paid the no no pro kit on the 27th Nov
The advert says 2 days delivery so after 5 days and no communication, I submitted a request for an update on the live chat, no reply to date and also followed up via email and guess what, still no response
I have received emails saying my order is on its way when I placed my order but surprise surprise no delivery to date so just be careful as I now have to try and get my payment refunded

False advertising, total scam

Total waste of money, falsely advertised as doesn't work how it is supposed to. Really poor quality, very big disappointment. I got it on offer and its still a rip off. I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund and return it, the company isnt replying so Wowcher are having to attempt to contact them instead. I will be consulting with citizens advice and the ombudsman about this. I hope this helps other potential buyers avoid this company, it's a total scam. PLEASE AVOID!

I have agree with the other reviews

I have agree with the other reviews. I ordered in the hope of it doing what it said it would on QVC. A big disappointment unfortunately. Doesn't work well. Takes several passes over the same area to burn off the hair. Life is too short for spending this time on legs. Leaves skin feeling prickly not smooth. Back to the razor it is! Sending it back.

Do not waste your money

If I could give zero stars I would, avoid avoid avoid… I dropped hints about wanting this hair removal gadget for months to my hubby, he duly listened… wish he hadn’t, it is the most expensive waste of money ever…unless you like the smell of singed hair! Other then that really don’t bother

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Gave this the benefit of the doubt and have used it 3 times a week for 6 weeks.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's slow, laborious, stinks like burnt hair and is not at all effective.
For a device priced so highly it really is very bad.
I would say spend the Nono money on a salon wax it will be better value, give the desired result last longer.
This is one to AVOID AVOID AVOID.

this nono is garbage

This nono is garbage. It came late and my mum burnt her face on it. i have had it 3 days and cannot get in touch with nono as their phones do NOT work. I sent 3 emails and have just got an email from them stating that the 30 day guarantee should NOT be on there. So it is false advertising.

Don't go anywhere near this

Don't go anywhere near this. Thermicron tips last about five minutes, the product is not at all effective and the cover has fallen off ours. Zero response to customer service emails. Quite simply a total waste of money

Burns on face

Have tried using a No! No! for facial hair removal. Three times I’ve ended up with thin burns on my chin. The company actually suggested I used it again to get photos of the scratches, which understandably I won’t. As I’m out of their 30 day return period no chance of refund. Very poor customer service and dodgy product so be warned.

Nono micro is not worth the money

Nono micro is not worth the money. I had a Nono as a Christmas present, which was purchased in October, but after a few weeks after Christmas it stopped working properly,!! I’d only used it a few times. Argos wouldn’t accept the return as it was over 3 months old and told me I needed a reference number from Nono so I could return it to them ( Argos were so unhelpful)....trying to get in touch with customers service at Nono was an absolute nightmare! Whilst they answer the phone quickly, I was told I’d have a call back as all the operators were busy .. never got a call back!! This happened 3 times and when I tried to email them from their email address on their website is just didn’t send ! For an American company who always praise themselves on great customer service ... it’s rubbish

Do not purchase it’s fake

One star because there’s no -1.Do not purchase it’s fake, the only way to tell it’s fake is by opening and trying and your 60 day money back guarantee is void if you open it.take your £110 and go get a van treatment as you will have something nice at the end of it.in my opinion I’ve been ripped of and have a very dull pocket light.the response from wowcher was rude and Nono was a joke.do not buy this it’s fake 💩 🚽
