Very poor experience with this company
Very poor experience with this company. When I returned an unused audio cable product, the company initially withheld 20% of the purchase price, claiming the item was "made-to-order", even though this was not stated at the time of purchase or during the ordering process.
I found the communication throughout the process to be unclear, pressuring, and at times manipulative, and the return process was made unnecessarily difficult. It was only after I involved the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and the Austrian consumer authorities that the company refunded the remaining 20%.
For that reason, I would strongly recommend that other customers pay close attention to the return policy and keep thorough documentation when purchasing from this company.
