Kept trying to send to wrong insurance…

Kept trying to send to wrong insurance despite 3 times sending them in email and talking on the phone to give them correct information. They call when I asked them to email. They are incompetent and I would rather pay full price somewhere else then deal with them

This is about this company's store in…Springfield, OR

This is about this company's store in Springfield, OR. Today, for the fourth time, they broke a promise to have someone contact me quickly about a problem I have with them.

Over six months I agreed to monthly delivery of some medical supplies. After Norco verified insurance, I was told the monthly copay would be $38. A couple of weeks ago, I finally got a bill for my first month's copay six month's late and it was marked in red, "PAST DUE," even though it was my first billing. In addition, it was for three times the copay they had quoted me.

I called the billing department, but they said they were powerless to do anything and promised to have someone call me. A week later, no one had called so I called again. I got the same runaround and was promised that someone who had the power to work on my problem would definitely call me.

They are now 0 for 4 on promises to have someone contact me.

Whatever you do, do NOT believe any verbal promises from this company. Get it in writing!
