I lost a plastic filling in size 1,5mm behind my front tooth. 09-09-2024 appointment after 1 week waiting, dentist Natalie Fini gave me the price kr 2500, including xray+injection+consultation+"chipped tooth fix. I insit that no xray and injection is needed, she lowered the price just under kr 2000. I reject the price and left the place.
Email from NordSmil arrived 1 hour after appointment with an offer;
- Plastfyldning, flerfladet (+2) (1506) kr 1.748,00
I reject this offer and contact Riiskov Dentist.
Dentist in Riiskov, they made the task for price;
- Plastfyldning, flerfladet (+2) (1506) kr 790
Please note NordSmil has undonditional kr 348 consulting fee, which is added on every invoice.
The other dentist invoiced the job what was reguested.
I informed NordSmil that their prices are higher that should be proof with invoice for same job paid.
Today Monday 16-09-2024 I received an invoice from NordSmil for consultation fee kr 348.
I urge you to reconsider this charge in light of the comparative pricing evidence provided and align your fees more closely with fair market rates as promised.

Hanne at NordSmil looks after my teeth…
Hanne at NordSmil Odense looks after my teeth when I visit Denmark to see my family.
She is very calm and professional and puts me at ease.
She explains what is happening from the X-rays that she takes; she then cleans and polishes my teeth, again talking to me and explaining what she is doing .
I feel great after she does my teeth 😊
I would definitely recommend Hanne at NordSmil 😊

Do NOT use NordSmil - they cheat on invoicing and do not answer phone or e-mails.
During a tooth repair which was approved and agreed with our ensurance, NordSmil have since march 2023 and until now one year later tried to (with out agreement with us og the ensurance), getting invoice paid which was NOT agreed.
They do not answer telephone or e-mails, after several updates to update the invoice as per agreement to our insurance.

Deceiving customers by website prices
I got an appointment for a simple tooth extraction which its cost according to their website was 350 DKK, after simple dental removal, the dentist calculated 1500 DKK for this !!!!!!!!!!! He said that the prices in the NordSmil website are wrong !!!!!!!!!
I never recommend this clinic for treatment or any other services because their services are much more expensive in comparison to other clinics.

I highly recommend the clinic on Amager. They are great dentists. I have been there three times, and all of them were great experiences. I have been treated by two doctors, Nilo and Georgios.
