Several negative points: 1st, according to the description, it was possible to mix it with water, but when I tried it for the first time, it didn't work.
2nd, the packets were open when I opened the package and half of the powder was in the cardboard box.

Dear Customer, thank you very much for your feedback — and we’re truly sorry for this unfortunate experience. You are absolutely right: the product description contained an error. O’boy cocoa powder is meant to be mixed with milk, not with water, which explains why it doesn’t dissolve properly in water. We have corrected this information on our website to avoid any future confusion.
If you still wish to enjoy it with water, it’s best to use warm water (around 60–70 °C), which helps the powder dissolve much better. In cold water, O’boy hardly dissolves at all, even with a lot of stirring.
Mixing method: It’s recommended to add the powder gradually and mix it with a whisk or in a shaker. A simple spoon is usually not enough, as the sugar and cocoa tend to form lumps due to surface tension.
Regarding the opened packages, we are truly sorry to hear that. This is clearly a packaging or transport issue, and we will report it to our supplier as well as the shipping company. Please feel free to contact us directly by e-mail so we can find a satisfactory solution for you.

I am simply Not Very Impressed given my experience
In my original review I posted “Impressive. Not a word I often use for posting online reviews. I wish I had come across this company long before now.
I had a hankering for some blood pudding and discovered the web site of Nordic Temptations.
So, I placed and paid for my order only to realize later that my order would be delivered whilst I was away on holiday.
I contacted the company both by email and by phone to discuss my options.
The lady I spoke with was helpful, patient and kindly towards me and helped me through the issue.
Not only this, she spoke fluent and clear English too.
So yes, I am left impressed and look forward to doing more shopping on this site in the months and years ahead.
HOWEVER, things did not turn out well at all. Their supplier failed to ship a pallet of chilled goods to them and my shipment was delayed a week.
Then when it was shipped by DHL Express (at my cost) they took an additional 5 days
So I am regretfully NOT going to place another order with this supplier.

The delay with the chilled pallet was indeed caused by an unexpected issue on our wholesaler’s side — something we unfortunately cannot influence, even though we always do our best to prevent such situations. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been for you.
Regarding the DHL delivery: the normal delivery time is usually 1–2 days, but some areas — including yours — can take 3–4 days. This is information DHL Express provides publicly, and it would have helped us plan better if we had known that the shipment needed to be sent specifically on a Tuesday. Had we received that detail, we would have scheduled the dispatch accordingly.
We are genuinely sorry that the timing didn’t align as hoped, and we regret that this left you disappointed. If you ever decide to give us another chance in the future, we would be more than happy to assist you personally to ensure everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
