NORRSKEN PROVIDED ATTENTIVE SERVICE FROM DRAWINGS TO ON-SITE INSTALLATION FOR OUR PROJECT AT NATIONAL TRUST STOURHEAD AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND REPEAT COMMISSION THEM ON FUTURE PROJECTS.

We installed Norrsken triple glazed windows and sliding doors both into a new extension and retrofitted in an older part of the house. They are great quality and easy to use. Norrsken were extremely thorough with the specification and measurement process resulting in a straightforward fitting. The one issue we had on a sliding door level was resolved quickly with the fitting team returning within a few days. This was greatly appreciated as there were no consequent project delays.

I found this company great from the get go - the first meeting and subsequent meetings were exemplary, where options for my projects windows and doors were fully explained. Following placing my order the company kept
intouch to make sure l was aware of progress leading to their fitting.
The fitting company appointed by the company were excellent. My windows were very large. l was astonished how they man handled them without damage to the fabric of my building or the widows.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The quality of the triple glazed, alu-clad windows and doors is superb. They feel so reassuringly solid when opening and closing them and the sealing is good. I opted for a wood stain for the internal finish on the frames, and am so glad I did, as it shows off the beauty of the wood perfectly.

The whole process from order to installation went smoothly. I thoroughly recommend Norrsken.

We bought a 6m wide sliding door from Norrsken about 6 years ago and last year I reported that the right hand door was "sticking" and difficult to open. They sent out engineer Ben to assess the door, he made multiple measurements and told me that the top of the frame was putting pressure on the door. They wanted to drill holes into the cavity above to determine if there was pressure being applied by external beams. I was very reluctant to do this and was also very sceptical but eventually agreed to do the investigation. True to Ben's analysis there was an external beam and he subsequently created and executed a plan to resurrect the issue.
He is an excellent craftsman, one of the best I have ever used. Thanks must also go to Ami for being so patient and polite with me. They are both fantastic and a credit to Norrsken.

We are very pleased with our new tripled glazed windows and front door. There were a few small issues with the installation but we accept this can happen with refurbs and all was resolved to our satisfaction in good time. We would definitely recommend Norrsken.

The end to end experience from pre-sales advice and accounts to delivery and installation advice was very professional. The delivery crane operator lowered the pallet safely to exactly where we wanted it.

I have Norrsken windows and doors in my new build. They look great and i have had many compliments about them. As the house is of high spec and extremely well insulated it was important to use a product that performed well and looked good. I have not been disappointed. The after care is also great, when one of the doors started to catch I contacted Norrsken and the problem was dealt with promptly by Customer Services. The technicians came out not long after and did a thorough job of inspecting and then adjusting the hinges. They also asked if there were any other issues that may need attention. We used Norrsken for a large extension & renovation project and they were really helpful all the way through. Very responsive with ensuring all details were correct pre-finalising the order, and in keeping us up to date with the delivery & install dates. The products themselves look great and work very well, and they were again very helpful when we needed to ask for some replacement units after an attempted break in on site.

Fantastic professional service, from the original design to the final installation. The triple glazed windows and doors that have been fitted to our new house are of a very high quality and look amazing. We definitely made the right choice when we decided to use Norrsken, nothing is too much trouble for them.

We had narrowed our window supplier for our self-build down to 2 companies, I don’t always check reviews but this was going to be a large purchase, so I did, and thank God I did!

They both had terrible reviews, along with most other window companies. So, I searched for other suppliers which could meet the spec we needed and discovered Norrsken. First thing I did was check their reviews on Trustpilot. Wow, what a difference!

I contacted them for a quote, expecting them to be way out of our budget, but was pleasantly surprised. Although still over what I had aloud for windows and doors, we visited the showroom in Poole and met with Tim (very nice man).

The quality of their products was far better than we had seen elsewhere. So, we went with Norrsken.
All contact with the team has been great, answering questions and concerns promptly, survey was thoroughly carried out over a full day by Alex (another nice man), and delivery & Installation went smoothly.

Upon installation, a cill was delivered damaged and there were some defects in the front door paintwork. Both were replaced without any fuss, no having to chase them with countless phone calls or emails.

We are so pleased we went with Norrsken, we love our windows/doors and cannot recommend them highly enough!

If we do another self-build, Norrsken will be fitting the windows & doors!

We are SO pleased with all our windows and doors supplied by Norrsken. They all work so well and look gorgeous. We have had so many compliments, including from our installers! Such a pleasure to use! We needed to replace all our windows and doors in an old house and barn conversion- it was not straightforward but nothing was a problem with Norrsken and they were great seeing us through the process and supporting our installers.

High quality products and efficient service. The order process was thorough and efficient and delivery exactly as per schedule. The information provided throughout was thorough and responsive. The windows have been fitted and received good review from the installers. I look forward to enjoying them when the project is finished.

We found Norrsken an extremely helpful company from start to finish. They were chosen to supply and install the external windows and doors on a large extension /refurbishment contract we are currently working on and the service from intitial contact through to survey and installation went extremely smoothly. Debbie, Petra and Jaquie were great at providing all of the information pre-install and the installation went smoothly with the team on site being professional and leaving a clean /tidy job.

We chose Norrsken to manufacture a number of doors and windows for our extension. Norrsken were slightly more expensive than some other options but we were impressed by other reviews and the quality of product as well as their customer service. We initially dealt with Tim who was quick to follow up with us and answer any questions. Having decided to go with Norrsken we were impressed with the sales journey and the staff involved from survey to accounts. Everyone was responsive and we felt safe in their hands. Daniel, their surveyor, visited us a second time to double check a few details and was very helpful with information for our builders as to how to finish the apertures. Debbie, Jacqui and Petra were excellent at looking after us once we had committed to Norrsken and we felt like they really knew what they were doing. The timelines given were accurate and allowed us to plan. There were a few issues following installation which were sorted efficiently and all the sub-contractors used were excellent. We couldn't be happier with our windows and have now gone back for a few more. Overall, you get what you pay for - Norrsken are more expensive than some but the quality of service and product was worth it.
