48 hour journey and no refund

Travel date: 8.07.22-9.07.22

We were going from Kiruna to Stockholm with the nighttrain. Our train from Boden C to Umeå was delayed with 5-6 hours because of electrical fault. Therefore, we were instructed to stay in a hotel for the night in Umeå, delaying us a further 7 hours.
Our arrival time in Stockholm would have been 5:16 on 9.07.22. However, we arrived at 18:27 on 9.07.22 after a re-routing through Sundevall - Gävle and Gävle - Stockholm C.
A delay of almost 11 HOURS.
I am utterly outraged as I had planned to travel to Copenhagen where I was to meet my Japanese family for the first time in 3 years after COVID, I missed my train connection MASSIVELY and did not get to see them.
We also tried to call Norrtåg in the morning of 09.07.22 for 5 hours from 8:00AM-13:30 and nobody picked up until then. We were then told we would maybe get a potential 50% refund!!
Madness!! They would not help us, to get any further train and everything including flights and busses was of course fully booked. This journey has been the most stressful experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. We have had to travel for a total of 2 whole days (48 hours!) with no help at all - back to Copenhagen instead of 24 because of the train delay. And then pay for it too!
It was such a terrible and unprofessional handling of the situation.
