Smooth sales experience. Watch arrived within 10 working days and was tracked all the way. Packaging was plain but sturdy. Watch is sporty and nice looking. Waterproof. Light weight titanium and crystal. Solar powered. Seems pretty solid. I use mine for swimming and surfing. Great value for the price.

I had the crazy idea to buy directly from NORTHEDGEWATCHES.com. Bought two watches the APLS and the APACHE 46. Good watches, I am not going to lye, but I am no tyoung and it is hard for me to read the dial; so, I;ve deceide to buy a Fit3, it is brighter, big numbers, I love the watch and hten wanted to returned the other two. Impossible to get an asnwer from them. They never answer and now my Email are returned with an error. I cannot comunicate to them. Bad experience.

First I bought the same watch from Amazon, after seeing Northedge ad being a better price, returned the Amazon watch back. I am very happy I did and when your watch came, I was very pleased. It is a great diving watch with an extreme pretty case and strap . I am a watch collector with 260 men's watches and 25 women's . I will look into buying more from you . Thank you

Excellent service; products with premium quality, definitely it's a brand that I recommend to everyone.

I absolutely do not recommend purchasing it, the compass and altimeter are highly inaccurate (I have no way of verifying the barometer)

Something to improve is communication and delivery time.

There is nothing right with these watches. They copy Casio and Seiko designs. Finish is poor. Stops working after six months. Crown and buttons woobly, lume useless, bezel comes off, strap....ohhh forget it. They say they use Epson mechanism, unless they are buying the rejected scrap no way. Look stick to brands like Casio Seiko Alba lorus citizen etc. pay the extra buck, get a real watch. Unless you are dead set to purchase a hunk of coal on a strap

A couple years of owning but STRAVA synchronisation still NOT working likewise ALARMS

compass never worked, watch not fully water resistant as stated. Start having scratch only after a few days. don't recommend.

I purhased a North Edge 530 about 18 months ago firstly to measure my blood glucose, which it doesv well. It also has an endless set of many many other health feature, so it takes a while to work out what they all do. It also connects to the H band app which gives even more information. I bought mine on lazada in Thailand, it arrive promptly and I have been delighted with it and such a good price too.
I have recently bumped it and lost the winder knob, so have emailed them to see if they respond.

Bought a watch from Northedgeeurope.com, the delivery took longer than expected because somehow they forgot to send out the watch and only after i asked them about the watch, they sent it to me. Finally i got the watch, but it turned out to be too big for my wrist, so i wanted to return it and get a refund, i followed their instructions, sent an email, and to this day i never got a response, i still have the watch and trying to sell it, but nobody will buy it for the full price so even if I manage to sell it, i will lose money. Would not recomend buying anything from this website.

A month ago I bought a watch on AliExpress and until today it has been sent to me. After dozens of requests to explain the situation, I did not receive any sensible answer. Please help.

This watch sucks. Got it for my 15th B-day this year, ran with it, hike, ect. The temp/altitude screwed up and I said as long the time work and everything else do I should be fine. And today it dose not work, the time is fading and everything does not work. Had the watch for 2 months and it is crap. Wish I could resend the watch so the company can see what the problem is and fix it.
