We bought a kitchen tap from them 4 years ago. It recently started making a whining noise from the tap when we turned the other tap on - very strange!
Anyway we phoned them up yesterday and they sent some replacement valves which arrived today. Great service! They even included a link to one of their YouTube videos on how to replace the valves. We fitted them this afternoon and they’ve fixed the problem.
Best of all, they did all this free of charge - now that’s service!
