I purchase a Klutch air compressor that developed issues after 6 months, I called customer service and they shipped a new compressor to me the next day.
Highly recommend their products.

I ordered two separate products. Both products arrived on time. They were packaged very well and the contents were in excellent condition.

24 inch battery powerd snow blower. $1519 at Lowe's, in 2015, and I WISH I HAD NEVER, NEVER bought it! There are numerous design flaws, or easily provided missing features (e.g. backup) for the price, but the KILLER IS THE LOW LIFE OF TWO (removable, used together, $250+ to replace EACH) 56 volt lithiom-ion BATTERIES that provide barely 35-40 minutes of power on reasonably flat lawn, 6" snow, at 28 degree F temperature. Used it 3 times since purchase and so its not a matter of braking it in. I would not purchase again. My $900 GAS is sooooo much better.

Very disappointed with Northern Tool & how they handled a issue I had with using a gift card they gave to me for a returned purchase. I wanted to use this gift card with the credit amount from them on it for another purchase but had to cancel it after the order went through, so I was told it would just go back on the gift card. Well, I found out from customer service that it been gone back to a credit card that I no longer have. I am out that amount & they will do nothing to help. Taking my business elsewhere, where I don't get ripped off.

I’ve been looking for a good selection of Milwaukee products to see/buy options. I’m happy with NT options but disappointed with website not returning to where I left off after adding to cart, Also wish there was a 1ST RESPONDER discount offered (like many others offer)

Ordered Scaffolding from Northern tools and its been over a month and is unusable all bent up in freight sent picture and all proof and absolutely nothing done to date they **update 1.30.2026 still zero correspondence from Northern tool they seem to not care about the fact that what I received from them is essentially scrap metal. This should make you think of where you spend your money I will not be buying anything from Northern tool Don the owner use to be a stand up business man but ultimately this is his responsibility.

Ordered a “Daily Deal” back in the beginning of December, still haven’t received item. No email stating item was back ordered and availability would be sometime in January. You charge my card and I don’t have your product. Definitely won’t recommend Northern Tools for anything.

We heat our home with firewood, and my husband’s always doing something regarding firewood, either a procuring it or getting it or stacking it or splitting it and he had a near mishap about a month ago, where he could’ve lost a finger.
He’s definitely stubborn and didn’t think he needed it, but I see him using it all the time now for kindling. I took a picture. I was going to upload it to this, but I don’t see how I could do that.

The product is very good and the price was great and very easy check out!

Pricing was ok. Viewing of pages were somewhat difficult. Closest store approx. 200 miles, therefore free shipping would cost more than shipping to my address.
