After working away for the week
After working away for the week, I was looking forward to getting home. Sadly, the van I was driving developed an ADBLUE fault roughly 1 1/2hrs from home and got stranded at the M3 services until being relayed at to Northgate Reading Branch for a vehicle changeover.
Ali met me at roughly 1.35am processed the changeover and by 2am i was back on the road heading home.
Ali, sorry for getting you out of bed yet thank you for getting me back on the road.... a pleasure to deal with.

Problem solving with a smile
Some confusion over a courtesy car was frustrating (should have been organised in advance) but the team here worked through it professionally and kept me up to date with information all along the way.
Nice waiting room and friendly staff made it a nice place to wait for my van to be serviced.
