No Presents for Christmas and items not delivered
The people here are respectful and their products are good, however I ordered 2 products a Northlander forest Axe and a Tradesmen leather bag within the production times and was promised delivery before Christmas, as they were to be gifts to me from my wife, I contacted them again before Christmas and was told again I would have them for Christmas, yet they were not sent out, and therefore had no gifts for Christmas, and I am still waiting to be told when they might arrive.
Since the above publication
As of 26th January 2026 I still haven’t received all the items I have paid for in full.
The tradesman badge I paid for was paid for in full over 4 months ago still hasn’t arrived despite many promises.
This is a real shame and does not live up to or match the price point or quality presented on their website.
As of 1st Feb 2026 I still haven’t received the items.
I have been communicating with Andy and Stephen, both nice folks but any promise they make on despatch manufacturing or delivery time is not worth relying on, the products I order amount to thousands of Euros but all delivery or dispatch times never happen, which is very disappointing given the cost, and doesn’t match the quality and price of the product I was charged for,, unfortunately it seems they accept orders and the consequential outcome is you just wait as long as it takes them to keep up with the orders they accept.
