North Star stock a wide variety of products from smaller companies and manufacturers. To have all these different products from around the globe under a single roof is great. The items I have gotten from North Star over the years have always been well packaged and swiftly despatched. The prices are good and anytime I have had issues the customer service has been great at replacing items.

i have ordered many times, the product was excellent but what made the experience so good was the customer service. I had an issue with a casting and when i pointed it out North Star kindly replaced it for me. Very professional and great range of product and availability.

My experience with North Star has alway been a positive experience, my supplier store here in South Africa 'Pandemonium' has alway gotten any North Star's excellent range of products that I asked for no problem. Btw the best 'trolls' are actually sold by North Star.

The staff at North Star Miniatures are great, whether on the phone, email or in person. I once went to their office to buy something that turned out to be out of stock - no problem, he literally went and cast figures for me and popped the still hot figures in my hand!
