My specific size 39.5 is mostly on stock if I purchase directly from the official Northwave webshop. Fast shipping is also a nice service from Northwave.

The laces work very well. A bit of a fiddle to replace on my NW winter shoes

Postage very expensive and price for two laces a bit too much

1. Big thing is that the product - Size 50 MTB shoes - are long enough and wide enough to fit my feet.
2. Timely delivery.
3. Ease of ordering.

Poor quality and a really bad support experience.

I bought a pair bike shoes (Rebel 3), after one year the first quick release wheel give up - I opened it, a small lever was broken. After contacting the support and asking for a replacement of the lever, they told me I should bring the shoe to the shop I have bought them - so they can send them to the factory to repair it...
Sorry in our society today, I cannot understand such behavior, especially with regard to sustainability.
The answer time was also pretty high from the support-team - a regular response took more than seven days!

I used the shoes now for two additional months (one with the broken release wheel) - Yesterday the release wheel from the other shoe broke aswell!!!

What a poor quality!

Never buy shoes from this company - BOA for example offers a lifetime support for their releases and send the customer repair kits!

You should eliminate links to well known corporations and make the website fully operational for Linux users with browsers such as Firefox.

I first ordered directly from the company. Because I was and still am very satisfied with their products. I wanted to order a shoe whose predecessor I still use today. When I updated my cycling gear, I couldn't find the more modern shoe - which is not new either - in my size at any retailer. So I got the idea to check out the manufacturer's website. Here I managed to find what I was looking for.

Ok so where to start, this is my second pair of northwave snowboard boots, and they are so comfortable, durable and affordable! I recently purchased new boots and bindings. They both fit perfectly to my board!
From ordering to delivery the whole process with Northwave was fantastic and I can only highly recommend Northwave when it comes to snowboard equipment!!

Package was sent quite quickly and the shoes seem to be awesome 👌🏼

Poor quality products. Rotor of the cycling shoe broke down after light use but outside of guarantee term. Never experienced issues with cycling shoes before. For me a sign of poor quality.

Non-responsive non supportive customer service.

Would not recommend.

Northwave were very responsive with regard to my query re a replacement shoe fastening mechsnism and the item was reasonably priced. Mu issue was with the cost of postage which seemed extremely high for such a small lightweight item.

Again a super good purchase experience and my order was handled and delivered super fast. Product is amazing and my favorite shoes from the 90’s are simply wonderful. Love that the design team is developing new styles and these new textures and colours are fabulous.
