First time i ordered
First time i ordered, didn't got any confirmation mail. Money was transferred(Ideal). After sending an email no response, but checking bankaccount money was transferred back the ext day. Ordered again now paid with Paypal, that went fine for now, received a confirmation right away. Now waiting till goods will arrive. I hope that will go smooth.

Wow! Great experiance, well done guys! As the service as the product is perfect. I ordered saturday night from Budapest, Hungary, by wednesday the boots was delivered. Item as described! This is my second Northwave boot, i had a Legend before, used it for 8 years, loved it! This one, is a Decade Hybrid i hope it would be same good as the former one.

Terrible
Terrible. I am still waiting for my DHL label to send my shoe for repair. I paid 2 weeks ago and have chased repeatedly. £80 for shoe repair is also an absolute joke.

Poor proprietary rotor (shoe tightening…
Poor proprietary rotor (shoe tightening rotor)quality. Rotor replacement service is too expensive. 70 euro’s to replace a simple rotor that was just outside the warranty period is very customer unfriendly. Non responsive customer service.
Based on my experience I would not recommend northwave.
Only plus side was that the rotor was repaired and shipped back within a week.
