I have been using North West Hardware for over twenty years and have found Glen, Anne and the team to be extremely helpful
Their knowledge in the trade is second to none and they really are a one stop shop

I didn't expect to find all the things (8 of them) that I needed to equip my door in one place, but I was really impressed with Northwest Hardware, it had literally everything I needed, has really great prices and the staff are very knowledgeable. So much easier than trying to find it all in B&Q, I just talked to the person at the counter and he went and got it for me. They even helped grind some of the screws for me so that the door furniture fitted. While I was there quite a few trades people came in for equipment for their jobs. Really glad I've found this place, my go-to place now when I'm looking for something for the house!

Recently visited to replace a door handle. Whilst they didn't have the one I needed I was pointed to another website they did. Great service

Knowledgeable about everything I throw at him... always happy to help and if he can't will help In the right direction top class customer service everytime
