Die Kosten für für den Retourenversand in Höhe von 17 Euro sind sehr hoch.In vielen Fällen werden Rücksendungen entweder kostenfrei oder zu deutlich geringeren Gebühren angeboten.LG
Habe ein Hemd bestellt. War leider zu klein. Die Retoure zu erstellen war ein Alptraum. Sehr viele Hürden waren zu nehmen. Entnervt fand ich im Impressum die Telefonnummer. Mit deren Hilfe war es dann schliesslich möglich. Das Produkt hätte mir gefallen, doch mein Vertrauen in diesen Shop ist derart erschüttert, dass ich keine Bestellungen mehr machen werde.
