Huge disappointment and dishonest company
First of all, they offer you the chance to win a free account if you leave a positive review on Trustpilot, so they are already being dishonest and manipulative.
On top of that, they have terrible spreads, and now they have doubled the spread on standard accounts. When you complain, they ask you to pay again for a new raw account.
Everyone in the Discord used to complain about payouts being delayed by 20 days or more, and their solution was to shut down the Discord chat so new clients wouldn’t see the complaints.
All in all horrible company and a huge dissapointment

Just to clarify how Nostro handles these situations: payouts are only declined when a specific trading-rule breach is detected, such as violating the 2% risk rule, news-trading restrictions, or SL requirements. Every breach reason is automatically displayed on the trader’s dashboard and also sent directly via email so nothing is hidden or arbitrary.
Nostro doesn’t reject payouts without rule-based evidence, and thousands of payouts are processed successfully as long as the trading guidelines are followed. I’m sorry your experience wasn’t what you expected, but the payout system works strictly according to the rules all traders agree to before trading.

Every breach reason is automatically displayed inside the user’s dashboard and also sent directly via email, so traders can see exactly what happened. If anyone believes their case was reviewed incorrectly, our support team can re-check the account and provide a breakdown of the rule that triggered the breach.

We always review every payout request strictly according to the trading rules, which are visible both on the dashboard and also sent by email whenever an account is breached or a payout is rejected. We don’t decline payouts without a clearly documented rule being broken, and every trader receives the exact reason in writing so nothing is hidden or unclear.
If your community member has any questions or believes there was an error, they can contact support with their account ID and the team will check it again. Our goal is always to pay every trader who follows the rules correctly.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We completely understand the frustration around compensation delays and the technical issues earlier in the year — those affected periods were challenging for everyone, and we’ve continued upgrading the platform to prevent similar problems in the future.
Regarding payouts, the rules have never changed overnight and every rejection always includes the specific breach reason directly on the dashboard as well as via email. Payouts are only declined when a trading rule is broken — nothing else. Thousands of successful withdrawals continue to be paid out daily without issue.
We know communication hasn’t been perfect, and closing Discord removed a space where many traders preferred to talk, but support is still active through official channels and responding as quickly as possible.
We appreciate the feedback and will keep improving, but payout decisions are always tied to clear rule-based violations, never at random.
Don't buy any account of this firm
Worst firm they had good spreads in the starting of only 1-3 pips in the starting.But they did some update made it almost double of 7-10 pips now again after black friday they have new pairs now no commission and they again doubled the spread now almost 15-30 pips
Such a bad prop firm avoid buying account.Even at 90% off not recommended to buy the account
