First off, my laptop arrived two months after it was ordered. That was only *after* I told them not to wait for a preload DVD and just ship the product. It has been over two years since that purchase, and they *still* have not sent me a preload DVD---even though I keep reminding them. They do a terrible job of keeping you up to date, so it is important that you keep mailing them and checking up on them if you have a pending order; perhaps they only help you at all because you are still in a position to cancel the order.
My laptop's harddrive recently failed (which is not their fault), but it appears that they sold me a 320GB harddrive, whereas Lenovo, who manufacture the laptops, only offer a 160GB harddrive. With my extended warranty, Lenovo promptly issued me a replacement harddrive, but one with only 160 GB capacity.
I have contacted NB&M about this matter, but I don't expect them to respond. Ever.
