Nos encontramos con que hemos enviado un burofax en fecha 18/12/2023 que no ha sido entregado aún el día 29/12/2023.
Al parecer utilizan empresas subcontratadas para el envío de éstos y el funcionamiento es pésimo.
En otra ocasión nos encontramos que los burofaxes no llegaban o bien se dejaban en el buzón. Y en una ocasión han llegado incluso a falsificar la firma de un burofax. Increíble.
Aunque sean muy económicos, no vale la pena utilizarlos. Y hemos enviado unos cuantos burofaxes, concretamente 60 en 2023.
Al final, lo barato sale caro y son mucho mejores y más fiables opciones como Seur y MRW, si se quiere evitar correos, que es la más cara pero por otro lado la más fiable.
