First time booking a holiday with Catherine Peat and my experience was first class. We wanted a short break away for me, my daughter and my sister. I had trauled through all the usual websites and nothing jumped out. Catherine found a great deal in a lovely hotel in Rhodes. Perfect for everything we wanted. She organised the transfer, all the booking details, even checked us in. Catherine was on hand for us throughout the booking and holiday process. She also organised a little surprise in the room for my sisters birthday.

Catherine Peat helped me out so much and made my booking experience stress free! She provided me with such a welcoming and friendly service! I couldn’t recommend her enough!! Will definitely be using her again!

She booked & managed our tailor made trip of a lifetime to Sri Lanka & the Maldives. We sent her our list of Sri Lanka sites we wanted to visit, requirements for the Maldives resort & budget and she patiently shortlisted a number of options for us. She was able to negotiate with suppliers so that we got the perfect trip. It really was a breeze to let her take care of all the fine details and the trip went very smoothly and exceeded our expectations!

Booked another holiday with Wendy Porter at not just travel and again the service was outstanding. It was a last minute holiday and she got the holiday lower than my budget which I was happy with. She checked me in and sent me my boarding passes and even sorted out my fast track passes. She called me a few days before we left and ran though everything making sure I had all the documents she had sent me. She sent a message while we were there just to check all was ok (probably coz I was nervous as it was my first holiday without my husband as he was away on business so just me and my son lol ) and called a few days after our return to see how it all went. She hadnt used the hotel i went to before so got feedba k on this as it was a great hotel so she can recommend to other looking for what we wanted. My son has just booked his first holiday with his girlfriend with Wendy Porter and she came up with some amazing options. All round fab experience would definitely recommend using Wendy Porter for holidays.

From start to finish of finding a holiday for me and my son, Donna Rhydderch was extremely knowledgable of things I wanted and what I was looking for in a cruise. Giving me ideas of different places to go and different cruises to look at but once I looked at the one that interested me the must, she broke it down and looked at it further. It was the one and ideal as it was from Southampton too and around some places I’ve not been and on a ship which I wanted to go on. I decided that was the one and done the deposit and sent up a monthly payment too which made it easier for me too. We talked about the parking which I booked closer the time and a hotel for the night before which I sorted which we talked about it would be better going the night before then on the cruise day as it would be busy. I would highly recommend Donna for more bookings and would recommend to others

We've got some pretty prescribed requirements to help us as a family go on holiday successfully. Not ones to be daunted by this prospect, Pete and Laurelle both helped us get just the right thing sorted out. They were helpful in getting last minute questions answered, and ensuring all the details were arranged.

We had a fantastic greek holiday thanks to their excellent advice and help. They also took time to get feedback from us, so they can be knowledgeable about the places we went, and what our experience had been.

Just got back from a holiday in the USA I booked with Alison and Tim Cooper of NJT.

Thanks to Not Just Travel and Joanna Baker for a great trip that she helped book and plan. 7 nights through the Italian Dolomited and Valpolicella wine region. We felt she help maximise our budget to the fullest which although wasn't huge, all the hotels and activities were exceptional value for money.

Currently on our second holiday booked by Sophie Comer, her service is 5* every time, we even have a 3rd holiday booked through her for next year, and plan to use her every time now. Nothing is too much hassle, and she’s always at the end of the phone via text or email to answer any questions. She takes the stress out of booking holidays, takes care of all the things you might forget like if a visa is needed etc. She is also available while we are away as well which is very reassuring if help or advice was needed. Couldn’t recommend her enough, exceptional service.

We have just returned from an absolutely amazing two-week family holiday to Mauritius, all arranged by Greg at NJT, and I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough.
From the very beginning, Greg really listened to what we wanted from our holiday and used his experience and knowledge to find something that was perfect for us as a family.
What really sets Greg apart is that he isn't simply turning pages in a brochure or reading information from a screen – he REALLY knows his stuff. He is incredibly well travelled, has first-hand knowledge of so many destinations and hotels, and is able to give genuine advice based on experience. Having someone with that level of knowledge makes such a difference when you're spending a significant amount of money on a family holiday and want to get it right.

His service was also exceptional in the lead-up to our trip. With the uncertainty around our original travel route and the subsequent changes that needed to be made, Greg kept in regular contact, provided updates and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. Rather than us having to worry about sorting everything ourselves, we knew Greg was on top of it and never once did we have to call him to ask for an update.

That's the difference between simply booking a holiday and having a brilliant personal travel agent looking after you.

We had the most wonderful two weeks in Mauritius and came home with some fantastic family memories.

She listens to what you want then goes out of her way to help you find your dream holiday now im not the easiest of clients and can be very indisisive but she is patient and nothing is too much trouble. I have referred many friends to Donna and they all continue to use her.

Compass and Cocktail were recommended to me by Neice, who had used their services before.
I have now already travelled on 2 trips organised by them and have 6 more booked for this and next year.
The personal touch from both Steve and Kiran has been immense.
I have contacted them on weekends, unsociable hours - hoping they would contact me the following day in working hours- but no, they responded immediately.
I have changed and recharged itineraries and felt guilty about that - but it has never been any trouble for them.

Booked several Fred Olsen cruises with Anne and she knows what type of cabin I like. She knows I want first sitting dinner and a table size of 6 or 8. Makes booking a cruise so easy all she needs to know is the cruise number or dates. Anne always follows up the cruise experience with me to help with other customers thinking of a Fred Olsen cruise.
