Negligent mistreatment of residents

I was a former resident of the hostel. And I was treated very badly. My experience of living there, has had a detrimental effect on me.
Staff, management and trustees alike, are discriminatory and bullies. They treat residents with disdain, and have no regard for the wellbeing of beneficiaries.
Staff harrassed me, belittled me, and failed to provide a duty of care, with deliberate intent. There needs to be a complete overhaul of staff, across the board, and until this happens, no resident is safe within this hostel.
Nymca will need to be made accountable.

Good gym / Good prices / Friendly staff

I am reviewing Nottingham YMCA Gym.

Good:
- Prices are really good and the machines are well maintained compared to a lot of gyms I've been with.
- There is always an instructor or staff to help you with something or to advise you.
- Lots of different classes
- Borrowing a towel is free.
- Gym is open 24/7 and it's always very clean
- Friendly staff

Bad:
- No one really uses towels when using the machines or mats and staff doesn't enforce this, despite being on the gym rules.

EDIT: tower service is not available any more.
