I’ve been a loyal customer of NL around 7 years, since Irene owned it. Initially I bought from NL as just couldn’t get the brands anywhere else. Now clean living is mainstream, I’ve stuck with NL as they often have good discounts and gifts with purchase you don’t get in shops. I also love getting post lol. I won’t lie, when Irene was in charge there was often issues - they refused to refund me on some things and there was a massive stuff up when they upgraded their distribution centre. I think Irene did the right thing selling, the business became too big for her to handle. Since being owned by BWX, I’ve had EXCELLENT service. I receive everything on time, and the couple of issues I’ve had have been dealt with within hours. I’m highly impressed at the excellent customer service at Nourished Life.

Paid for a years subscription to a month to month product and had it cancelled despite paying for a year and only receiving 2 months worth. Still awaiting a refund for the balance. This is the second major error in a year and I won’t be purchasing from this company again which is unfortunate because I like the products.

My gift packs came damaged and Nicole from Customer service offered me a replacement and resolved the issue within 5 min.Great Products and Excellent customer service!

Fantastic site! I love purchasing from Nourished Life. They have great sales and deals, a large range of natural products that is continually being added to. Very friendly customer service, any issues I had are always resolved quickly. Orders are always well packed and shipping is fast. Highly recommend this site.

I’ve been purchasing products here and there for a while now. It’s great to create your own little box of goodies. I recently had an issue where my purchase was stolen from the address it was delivered too.

Very upsetting given the house was behind a gate and not visible from street. Not Nourished Life’s issue at all, as AUS Post has sent a pic of delivered items. Nellie was so helpful and offered for it to be resent without charge.

I submitted an enquiry about a product I ordered, and Nellie got back to me a couple of hours later (when it specifically said it could be 24-48 hours to reply). Very impressed with the quick reply and the speedy delivery (2 days!). The bonus mystery boxes are the bomb at the moment too!

Love this site. I don't have to worry about searching if the product has the bad stuff in it as the site has already done the research for me. The postage is quick and if by chance something is damaged their response was quick and a replacement was sent. Two thumbs up 😊

I am really enjoying using NL to purchase my skincare products and will continue to do so. I love the sales, the giveaways and the rewards program. The FB videos on new products are really good too for keeping me up to date with products and what is available. I have had two experiences with Nourished Life customer service thus far, overall they have been really good to deal with. I think a little bit more effort into explaining what’s happening and acknowledging all of someone’s email would be very beneficial. But I was happy with the outcome. My initial experience I had purchased products at full price and received an email with the tracking number, the number however didn’t work. I waited a day and nothing so emailed them about it, they also had a sale on the very next day and I expressed my disappointment in missing the sale by a day. The customer service representative rectified the tracking number issue immediately which was fantastic but the other part of my email was completely ignored. I wasn’t expecting anything but I think it’s just good customer service to acknowledge it all, ‘my apologies for your disappointment, we do hope you keep your eye out for the next sale, we will email you with that info’… just something would have been nice. My second interaction I actually had a reaction to a product. I sent an image of the reaction as requested and asked to exchange the unopened products. The response was like a copy and pasted response from the manufacturer of the product giving me recommendations on how to use the product and reasons why the reaction may have occurred. It would have been really helpful for customer service to ask whether I would like to try what was recommended or these are my other options. In my case, the recommendations by the company were not going to help, so I asked again to exchange. They responded very promptly that an exchange is not an option though they are happy to refund or credit note the product value paid. After my selection they followed up also. Although communication wasn’t as clear cut as some other businesses are, I’m really happy with the outcome, the delivery times have been great, I am kept up to date on what’s happening and will definitely be using NL as my go-to for online shopping. Been shopping with these guys for a while now. After receiving a slightly faulty product, they were only too happy to offer either a refund or credit voucher. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed with which the complaint was dealt, and the ultimate outcome.

I’ll always be a customer because I love the vast range of products and i love knowing they’re all organic, sustainable or healthy options. Also I have to say the customer service is outstanding.

Nourished Life has a fantastic range of natural and environmentally friendly products. I love that I don't have to do the research behind each product because if it is sold at Nourished Life they have done the research for me already. I have only dealt with customer service a couple of times and both times were exceptionally easy experiences. The team at Nourished Life really know how to make shopping online easy and stress free!

I have purchased a few things from Nourished Life and have always been satisfied with the products, price and delivery. Recently I had an issue with the wrong item being delivered and Nourished Life were so responsive and helpful, I couldn't ask for better customer service. I will definitely keep shopping with them!
