Richard at Nouveau was fantastic! As it was our first time buying a property we had no idea where to start. Richard was helpful, professional and efficient. He talked us through the best way to save money and provided us with a few different mortgage options so we could see which one really suited us! Once we'd decided he ensured the process was quick and easy and we had our new home in time for Christmas. I would definitely recommend Nouveau and will be using them again in the future!

Back in June we decided we wanted to sell up and buy something a little bigger. With the covid situation affecting mortgages we thought we better use an advisor and we were recommended Joe and his team at Nouveau by my partners friend. From the very first appointment at their office in Doncaster we were put at ease and made to feel like old friends rather just another customer. Joe was brilliant, he efficiently went through some questions asking what we wanted to buy, our budget, location etc and updated us expertly on the current state of the mortgage market, who was lending, who to avoid etc. When we chose our new house and had our offer accepted Joe and his team got straight on it and secured us a very competitive mortgage offer from a well know highstreet bank. Then throughout the buying process he stayed in touch and made sure any questions were answered even setting up a private WhatsApp chat for us with him as a direct instant means of talking. Honestly I would whole heartedly say if you're looking for a mortgage advisor, especially in these troubling times where good mortgages are hard to come by choose Nouveau Financial but more importantly choose Joe and his team. When we come to re mortgage in 2 years we will definitely be asking them to search for a new mortgage deal for us, they make it so easy and it literally takes all the stress and worry out of the process!

Exceptional Service from start to finish. When dealing with a previous mortgage application it was extremely stressful and felt like we were constantly chasing for updates but the experience with Nouveau has been an absolute breeze; once we had submitted our documents we had regular updates and anything that we didn't understand was very quickly explained.
