I have emailed them 5 times now and not had anything back! I still havent recieved my order and its been 2 months! This site is a scam please don't use it!

I think this company is a very fraudulent website I order £28 worth of their items over 2 months ago and I have requested for a refund twice now. And up till date I have still not received my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM NOVA SKIN

Ordered lashes and did not recieve has anyone had a refund? How do you go about reporting them?Any help please.

Absolute scam!!!.... i stupidly decided to click on the first ad i seen what for the product i wanted and it was nova skin.. bought the product as i thought i was getting a really good deal (reduced from £49.99 to £19.99)... then received a confirmation email however with no tracking number so replied to their email asking for a tracking number.... two weeks later and still no reply or sign of the product. Tried finding a social media account for them however they dont exist on twitter insta etc.. i want my money back!! Why does google allow these scam websites the sponsorship as the first search result...

Ordered eyelashes well over a month ago. Paid for them and not arrived contacted them several times and no reply, robbers and after reading the comments I'm not the only one. Thieves

I’ve raised a claim for my money back via my bank (well actually my teenage daughters birthday money!)

Ordered a product on 28 May. Acknowledgement received. Numerous emails from me to Nova skincare (via their website, from the order acknowledgement and via facebook messenger) and no response at all. Now waited 74 days (and counting!!)

Interesting that as of today (10/08/2020) their Facebook site is no longer available via search, nor the messenger part on Facebook, yet it was at the weekend.

Daylight robbery! Yet their website advertises 24/7 services and safe payment with a money back guarantee!!

Please please please don't order from these. They're disgusting scammers who need to be put in prison. No communication no order. F**king disgusting. I'm so angry and want them shut down. I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing

Why has this site not been shut down!!! The reviews are going back weeks. Please everyone share this is a scam!! My daughter ordered a product from the site but we've received nothing except a txt from a suspected spam number.! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SHOCKING!

I ordered a Poly Nail Gel Kit which purportedly came with a UV LED nail lamp from this company. I received a text message from 001 323 538 6847 to confirm order. I subsequently read some reviews on them and knew instantly that they were a scam. I cancelled the order the very same day. I also sent emails to their email address provided in their "Contact Us" link to confirm the cancellation. I sent several text messages to say I wished to cancel the order but I received no response, On 4 July, I received a text to say the order has been shipped. It's now 8 August and I still haven't received anything from them. This alleged company is a fraud!

I would not even give Novaskin one star - the company does not deserve it. I ordered magnetic eyelash and eyeliner sets for myself and my daughter on 7 June. I received an email on 23 June from Shopify saying a shipment was on its way. Nothing received!! I sent emails on 8 July and 27 July and then a text on 30 July to Hannah chasing. No acknowledgement or anything. How rude...

I also sent payment to this company over 1 month ago and still not recieved the goods. I have looked on there review page and it appears they only put the good reviews on. This company needs removing or made to post the negative comments as well as the good. Think the page would close if the truth could be told.

I put order in on 06/06/20 still not received my orders I’ve emailed numerous times and no reply absolutely disgusted with the service 😡 my daughter in law ordered exactly the same from a different site and got it a day later and cheaper !!😡😡😡

I placed an order to the value of £45 in May 2020 I received a dispatch email in June 2020 but have heard NOTHING since. I have emailed several times and NO response! Absolutely disgusting! I wish I had seen the reviews before placing my order! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I like everyone else on here was worried that my order was not going to arrive after ordering at the start of June and receiving no dispatch email or response to my emails from customer service. Today my order actually arrived.....from China. There was a date of 24.06.20 on the shipping label so not sure if it has been held up somewhere? Maybe there is hope after all?

Don't waste your money! I wish I had seen this website before I made an order. Dodgy site, no-one responds to emails, chat is never online and I haven't received my order. It's quite obvious the online reviews of the product are fake - all posted on the same date? Dodgy!! I have asked for a refund but I doubt that will happen. I am DISGUSTED!!!

They do not respond to emails or there online Chats. They are now promoting a 60% sale so clearly there is activity behind the site. DO NOT FALL FOR IT
