Excellent Customer Service
I was unable to complete on line so called Novasol. The customer service we spoke to was very helpful. He made the booking for us and sent an email promptly telling us the costs etc.
Very reassuring to talk to someone who had time and patience to listen to our requirement.

Problem solved smoothly
Novasol contacted me to inform us that the house we had booked was now unavailable and within the same day we had an alternative booked for the same dates and everything arranged.

I booked 2 accommodations with Novosol. We arrived at 1 of the accommodations fine. The 2nd accommodation did not have a key available so we requested to get this. They then cancelled both accommodations on us claiming we were not on holiday and I am now in dispute with them on getting a refund.
It seems like they make the rules up as they go....
I have even supplied them with the holiday requests for the holidays....

The company is not reliable. If the customer has a concern, they respond with a delay or do not respond at all. The house we stayed in had a terrible smell of dampness and mold inside, and it was also black. After the trip we received compensation in this regard and now they are demanding money for cleaning. Communication is terrible

Unprofessional host.
When booking any type of accommodation we would strongly advise do not use the host NOVASOL.
They don't get back to you when making an enquiry.
They took a £90 deposit from our account without telling us.
They hung up on the phone when trying to complain and also lied.
Thanks to them we are £500 out of pocket.
In or opinion they are a disgrace to the travel industry.
