Awful, lost emails, locked out, no response from the support team. Left us in a complete mess.

Hi Jane,
I'm really sorry to hear you feel this way about the free service we provide to you, and that you felt the need to leave us a negative review here, despite getting your first support response in under 4 hours.
As this is a public forum, I'd just like to point out some of the facts regarding your support request:
- You raised a support ticket on our website as a guest at 9.23am.
- You replied to the same ticket at 10.29am.
- You received the first response to your ticket at 1.13pm. Less than 4 hours after you opened the first ticket.
- You were unable to login to your account to confirm you owned the account with us. We supported you with this. Unfortunately, though we can confirm the password reset email was sent to you immediately, the email took 4 minutes to get to you.
- There were several exchanges between yourself and support to help you gain access to your account.
- The final response to your support ticket was at 3.19. We asked some clarifying questions so we can try to resolve the issue for you. You have yet to reply.
This entire exchange happened over 6 hours. With the first response in under 4 hours, it feels a little unjust to claim you didn't get a response and to leave us this review, especially considering we provide your service completely free of charge and have done for over two years.
We're currently working to resolve the issue, and can only apologise for any disruption this has caused.
If you'd like to look for alternative, paid hosting, we'd be happy to make some recommendations.
